The sun beamed from the sky warming everything it touched. Southern California was much hotter than back home in Boston. Hell the two places couldn't be any farther apart from each other. Roth was still in mourning over the discovery of his sister's death due to this "system". He was angry, saddened, by her death, but it was something she had written days before that inspired him.

Roth had initially thought of himself as wasted space and a nonexistent being. An accidental birth that caused nothing but trouble for other people. During his stay in Philly it changed to him wanting to help the people around him. Now with his sister's death and poem he was further motivated toward a purpose. Roth would try to create the peace his sister had imagined. A way to keep the violent down and try to create a peace that Rita had envisioned. The Peacemakers.

Roth now sought nothing more then to make her dream a reality. Roth now decided to share what happened with the Collective. Roth had taken the original poem and copied it in bulk to spread around the collective. A few people who supported Roth were now on the busses dropping the copied poems around the campus grounds while Roth would take a more direct approach. He would rally the masses he could by directly telling his tale.

Roth stood at top an old dead tree, most likely the oldest there and began to read of one of the sheets from the ground. One had the story, the other had the poem. Roth read both aloud as a small crowd of students formed below. After reciting both sheets he began his own speech.

"Fellow students. A young girl has been killed due to the recklessness of our fellow students and the recklessness of our system. I say we make a change. Our own force of Peacemakers to mold a place of violence into a place of peace and study. I ask of you all to join The Peacemakers to right the wrongs of the violent. I threw my crutches in the river of a shadow of doubt. I live to teach myself and to keep the ones around me safe. I only ask the same of you."

”The fuck is this?”

Jinn sat at the base of a tree around the grounds, book in hand. What had been, for the most part, a quiet day, had been soon interrupted due to the loud voice of another student located near a tree within view. A few odd students around the grounds had made their way to check out the display, while other groups were slowly making their way over. One student spoke out rather loudly to his friends, crudely inquiring as to what was going on. Jinn happened to be curious as well, sitting up from where he had been seated and placing his book at the base of the tree before making his way over.

The man had already started speaking, but Jinn had caught the most of it from a distance. Listening to the student talk about his sister who was apparently deceased due to, who he said to be, their peers, Jinn had to wonder just what this man wanted; a rather husky one at that. Continuing on, he explained his idea of his own taskforce of ‘Peacemakers.’ An admirable, but foolish dream. It reminded Jinn of what he had been doing himself with a few distinct similarities.

This student before him, speaking out to the populace for peace was coming off as rather naïve. He made it sound like he would rather talk out the problems with the students than simply fix the problem, which Jinn simply did not see eye to eye with. If anything, this man would be wasting his time. Students here were egotistical and stubborn, not willing to talk things out like every good kid, such as Jinn or this man. You had to be smart. You had to know how to deal with these kids and if anything, corporal punishment was the way to go.

Judging a student was crucial. Was it someone you could just tell to stop or did you know when force would be necessary? This man was most likely one of those anti-war types, believing it to never be the answer. While it wasn’t pretty, it soon ended up being inevitable. The same could be said about corporal punishment. There were sacrifices, but it worked. The only problem was that the administration couldn’t watch over everybody and were known to overlook other cases. They were, for the most part, useless. Jinn fought to enforce the rules. To keep his surroundings in check, because everyone else was too busy rebelling against the man. It was pathetic. At least this student was trying to better the environment, even if it was a foolish dream. He respected him for that, at least.

“There’s a fatal flaw in your plan, there, sport.” Jinn spoke up, making his way to the front of the crowd. “The majority of students aren’t going to listen to you, or simply talk things out with you. If you’ve missed something, they are fairly violent, and eventually, you’ll be forced to physically deal with them, making you just as bad as the system I feel you are condemning.”

He shot a glance at the man, and the crowd surrounding them.

“You won’t be able to lead if you don’t think logically and make all of your judgments based on some emotions you have because of a close one. That doesn’t help anybody. Hell, if you can’t even beat me, what chance do you have of reforming this environment?”

There it was. Jinn spoke out, provoking the other student to ready himself for a fight. If he really thought he could lead others, he’d have to be able to do something about those who opposed what he believed was correct. Jinn didn’t agree with what the man was saying and had his own point to prove to the man. He couldn’t stand such juvenile beliefs.

“Well?” He spoke with a frown.

Roth ended his speech of trying to distribute the peace. A few looked inspired, other laughed, and some like the one in particular below him. He seemed to be smart, but just like Roth not to aware of the obvious. Roth looked down with a laugh and looked down at whoever decided to make a second public display.

"I never said I wouldn't be fighting fire with fire. Violence is a necessary act carried out by the smartest of the animal kingdom. I'm not here to challenge, or even take down the system. I merley want ensure that the ones who exist to harm others are delt with."

With a simple step and a tad of planning Roth steeped out of the old dying tree and anded feet first onto the ground. His knees fully bent to the ground and then stood up slowly in front of his challenger.

"If people are looking to hurt other people, I want them to know theres a new league of people willing to stand up for them. That everyone here is ready to stand up for themselves to a point where they have no desire to pursue power. And trust me, I definitely can fight, and most likely defeat you."

Roth began to loosen him self and crack the joints he could. Although he was the hero he had plenty of experience being the villain. Roth walked up to the man and out reached his arm for a handshake.

"I'm Roth. The Captain of The Peacemakers. And if you really want proof that this can work, I'm all in."

“You’re too single minded. There’s more to it than simply stopping people form hurting other people. You have to stop all rule-breaking whatsoever. Students here have attitudes and there are more of them than there are of you. If you think your beliefs are enough to let you lead a group, then you’ll have to prove it.”

Jinn watched as the man jumped down from the tree, landing in front of him, rising up to full height. He wasn’t intimidating. Jinn had dealt with many like him in the past and his peace-complex nature was something Jinn related too. Moreover, Jinn held a Justice-complex. Everyone got their dues. It wasn’t simply about having peace, but making sure everyone received just punishment. You had to be firm, ready to give it your all no matter what it cost, while protecting what was dear. But the way this man talked, he was fueled on nothing but emotion. It was a dangerous situation and someone had to show the childish man before him just how the real world work.

“You merely want to stand up for the little man. But there is so much more going on out there that needs to be dealt with. You need to think wider and broader. Otherwise you won’t accomplish anything.”

Roth’s hand was met along with Jinn’s. They shook for a moment as Roth introduced himself.

“I’m Jinn Campbell. Fremont student and I’m willing to see the proof you offer, ‘captain.’”

He released the mans arm, stepping back for some distance before stretching his arms and neck.

“Let’s see what you got, sport.”

His new friend gave a firm handshake and a cold stare. Roth could tell that he wasn't fully against him. In the world of black and white they where both for the same, just different views on how and why. A smile creeped across the wrestler's face. He liked this 'Jinn' fellow. He was out-spoken, quick witted, and good at heart. Now it was just a matter if he could back it up.

"Well since you seem to have such a outlook on the subject maybe you and me should work together. I'll admit I ain't too smart, but I'm not looking to lead some crusade against the system. I merely want everyone to be able to not fear the place where they're going to spend a deal of time at. You, me a few others. We could make this work together. If your worthy that is."

He watched as his new friend, Jinn, stepped back and loosen up. He himself gave a bit of distance and took of his long trench coat and threw it to the tree behind him. His dark loose jeans and a SDCFL t-shirt covered his body as he got into stance. Sure this would be a tad contradictory to his previous comments expert for two things. This wasn't a heated brawl, it was sport, and of course, fight fire with fire.

Roth stood for a moment assessing the surroundings and tightening his muscles. With a quick flick of his wrists he looked down, made a quick spit of his saliva and then looked up.

"Well, since you challenged you get first move."

“Sorry Roth,” He spoke. “But, the only way we’ll be working together is with you working for me.”

He replied with a large grin across his face. Roth seemed more like one to be instructed rather than followed and Jinn was just the one to prove said point. Roth seemed like a nice person, out for a generally good cause rather than a bad one, and there was nothing to say he was performing it in what would be considered a bad fashion. However, it wasn’t Jinn’s. With a cocky, to the top, attitude, Jinn was more than willing to see who was more successful. This was just a first example.

Roth had shown that he was prepared to fight, giving Jinn the go ahead to move in first. Courtesy was something to be respected, although it would help lead to the defeat of the large man before him. His white jacket was thrown to the side, leaving him in a tight black tee and jeans. His arms rose, protecting his upper body as he stared at the opponent before him. He was around the same height, as for size, Roth was heavier looking if anything.

Not even a challenge.

If Jinn was accustomed to anything, it was fighting. It was one of the more enjoyable parts it life. It thrilled him; a good match with two experienced fighter’s. He knew nothing about Roth, and knowing Fremont, the cocky attitude of the man would be nothing but show. Could he back it up or would this student be just another disappointment? He questioned Roth’s intentions and his experience. This would at least solve one problem.

Moving first, Jinn made a quick approach for his opponent, pushing off his left leg and dashing at the man. His right fist clenched tightly, he brought it back tight to his side before flinging it forward for Roth’s face, followed by a twist of his right left as he sent the left in for the side of the man. He used his reach to send the attack without getting close enough for any immediate danger. Starting cautiously, it was best to see just what the bulky man was made of before attempting anything that could hinder his chances of winning.

The warm sun still beamed through the sky. It's warm touch began to slowly wain as a few gray wisping clouds rolled through the sky. Roth listened to the comments of Jinn. He seemed as if he really did want to make this place better then it was, but he also sought power over it. That was the difference. Roth felt this as his obligation. It wasn't a choice, he would create the peace and leave it in the hands of someone much more capable.

"Thats the difference there. Your looking to create a leadership, I'm looking to stop the violence and go home."

The tall wrestler looked to the sky and watched the small gray clouds stroll in from the north. He looked back holding his stance as his new opponent charged forward ready to get it started. He was fast, and knew what he was doing, but nothing Roth hadn't seen before.

A swift right fist came hunting for Roth's head. It was a straight out move, simple, yet effective. With a quick reflex Roth ducked having the fist graze the long black hair that shot up when he went down. With his weight on his knees the Irishmen leaned forward and sprung of his knees. Getting great speed from his powerful legs Roth tackled forward grabbing the upper waist of Jinn.

Any kick wouldn't have had the chance to connect at his speed and force. With his right shoulder impaling Jinn's abdomen, Roth would push completely off of his legs and take Jinn to the ground. Once there Roth would readjust his arms to keep his body from crushing Jinn. Pushing off with his left arm Roth would go over Jinn's body and roll to the right a couple feet away.

As soon as he got distance he would shoot up and stand in the direction of Jinn. A smile would take over his face as he readied another stance.

"So, you sure you wanna do this? Cause I ain't gunna hold back again."

“Leadership is necessary.”

Jinn spoke as his fist flew forward for the man. His arm, however, flew past his initial target, which descended below, Jinn’s fist grazing the hair that lifted upwards from the momentum. His initial attack derailed, the follow up was non-existent. Instead, Jinn’s focus was place entirely on Roth, and his advance after scraping past his fist. While the opposition bent down, Jinn’s eyes followed, his body reacting.

He moved on with the offensive.

With his left leg still planted firmly on the ground, it dug into the ground, twisting, along with the rest of his body, the right leg pulling back as to get out of the way of opponent. It would be impossible for the wrestler to suddenly stop in his advance, especially in the time frame; Jinn’s right leg brought back, squeezing into his thigh before being whipped forward for the opponent. With the distance of Roth’s lunge, the knee would make painful contact with the underbelly of his exposed side.

Lunging would leave Roth in an awkward position, and whether the knee knocked him off balance or not, Jinn would continue attacking. He was a fair fighter, but he wasn’t known to simply let up on the opponent as some might. The main idea was pressure, keeping the opponent going until he gave out or offered multiple openings. Luckily for Jinn, Roth had already made it fairly easy.

Upon contact of the knee, Jinn’s right leg would slide back into place. Lifting his left leg, he slammed his knee into the back of the opponent, the force enough to slam him onto the ground from his position. Using the superior location, both of jinn’s arms would latch onto Roth’s right arm, bending it back and twisting it around in a painful motion. He held dominance on the man, enough for the students watching to scoff at the sight of what was happening.

The twist and tug would grow more and more painful and Jinn slowly leaned back with the arm.

“Just say when, sport.”

"Don't you mean 'Say Uncle'?"

A smile came over Roth's face at the thought. Memories of fighting thugs and gangers making they say Uncle to a various array of submission maneuvers. Roth wasn't just a flashy pro wrestling fighter, he was Martial artist with Muay Thai and Greco Roman backgrounds.

Roth took both knees to the chest and back. He stood taking each blow full force. He was built for taking damage, as strong as they were Roth made less then a gnarl of his teeth and a slight bend on each impact. Roth stood and let his arm be captured by Jinn and put into a simple submission. Theres no way this move would put him over.

"So high and mighty. You'd make a good leader, but you'd only lead into something nobody wants. A war."

Roth muscled his arm through the pain. Working his arm forward meeting the strength of Jinn's maneuver. With a small positioning of his struggling arm Roth adjusted his muscles and bones to avoid major arm damage for his next move.

The Boston wrestler adjusted himself putting Jinn behind him. Waiting for the right moment Roth jerked his body to the left and swung his arm behind him grabbing onto Jinn's leg. Utilizing his great strength Roth pulled the lighter body of Jinn onto his shoulders into a fireman's carry. With the leg captured, the pressure on his arm would almost disappear for him to wrap it around Jinn's elevated head.

With the body of Jinn swung over his shoulders in a moments notice Roth swung Jinn forward in front of him. Roth's knee would swing up hard aimed straight for his noggin. The only way to make this GTS better was if Jinn held Roth arm giving extra force applied in the direction of the flying knee.
