The sun headed into the deep afternoon as the large Irish wrestler and the seemingly stoic enigma exited their cab. Roth waved off the cab drivers as he drove off, he was friendly with everyone, friend or foe. Roth made a notion with his head to enter the restaurant in front of them. Jesse's Bar and Grille, home to the best All-American food in San Diego.

Roth walked in first, most of the regulars there were skeptical to new comers. Roth walked up to one of the waitresses he knew personally from the Collective. Roth motion with his hand this time, for Richard to follow.

"So, she already knows my usual so you go ahead and order I gotta go take care of a few things to get your money and all that. Just sit tight and relax, eh."

With that, Roth was gone off into the back room. The restaurant consisted of two levels, Richard being a new comer would most likely be seated on the first floor. But since he was with Roth he would get a good view of the action to take place. All Roth hoped was that no one gave his guest too much of a hard time here.

The trench coated figure walked into the back room where Jesse, the owner, would talk about this weeks pay. Roth did have work to do tonight and they settled for quick pay for this one, the rest later in the week. Within a few minutes Roth was in the back room and ready to earn his keep.

As Richard exited the car he spotted the restaurant, semi-familiar with it having been there once before but he couldn't remember when. Regardless, with Roth's gesture he quickly entered, observing his surroundings as he always did just in case anything happened, he'd at least know the environment he was in. Though as he did so Roth made a quick comment, Rich merely nodding to it as he took a seat and relaxed like told... it had been a while since he ate out anyway. Soon enough the waitress came by, handing him his menu, quickly going through it trying to pick out the healthiest thing on the menu,

"Alright I will most definitely have two Grilled Chicken Sandwiches both with BBQ sauce, a side of Onion Rings, biggest size you got and likewise with the soda, make it large and make it Root Beer," he explained, the waiter nodding as she went to give the order to the chef. Now with his order being made, Richard continued looking around, a couple glares aimed his way for whatever reason,

'Hmm seems people are pretty well-mannered... well whatever I'mma eat and get out of here as soon as I get my money and stuff.' he thought as he looked around for Roth who still hadn't came back from the back room that he had walked into. Figuring he had plenty of time to spare though, Richard made his way to said backroom, making it look like he was merely throwing his trash out. In all actuality though, he was merely pricking up his ears to see if he could hear anything interesting as he knelt down to also tie his shoes... for a bit longer time than usual.

The backroom had become a tad quieter then before. The owner smoking what he had left of a cigar and Roth tried not to breathe in the smoke. By now Roth had changed in the near by locker room and came back out. Roth had tape up his arms from fist to wrist, a pair of old Tripp pants from before. He had on his large trench coat and was shirtless. Roth sat down in front of the desk.

"So, I'll get my pay after this bout here, eh? Alright, I'm gunna need twenty up front, and I need to now just how much Ground Zero will rake in."

There was almost no tone in Roth's voice. He wasn't particularly friendly with his boss, and he was already a bit late with his payment. With out a spoken word the boss handed Roth a piece of paper and a folded twenty. Roth gasped as he looked it over.

"Damn, a-are you sure this right? Holy shit man...thats...thats gonna be one hell of a night."

With a shake of his head Roth passed back the paper containing the current card, match-ups and currently earned revenue for the up coming event. Over three million bucks was had been made on a show that was still about a week away. Roth got up, cracked his joints and headed out the back door in the arena area of the restaurant.

The arena had the announcer in it as the micturned on and the people's attention turned to the ring. Roth waited in a dark corner to be called up before showing himself to the surrounding spectators. The announcer began the match with a loud booming voice.

"Ladies and Gents! Welcome to an SDCFL preformance at Jesse's Bar and Grille! Tonight we have quite a match, so please welcome our first guest. Standing at 6 foot two, weighing in at two hundred and twenty two pounds, Roth, O'Roak!"

The newcomers gave a clap and the regulars cheered wildly as Roth made his way to the ring. He was known for his skill in the ring luckily more than his stupidity. Roth stood atop one of the turnbuckles and looked for Richard in the crowd and he began to flex and pose to the light music in the backround.

"So, I'll get my pay after this bout here, eh? Alright, I'm gunna need twenty up front, and I need to now just how much Ground Zero will rake in." was caught by Richard's rather good ears, picking up most if despite being behind the door. His curiosity was starting to rear it's ugly head, wanting to know more about what was happening here and perhaps use it to his advantage. That was enough for him though, deciding that he had been tying his shoes for a bit too long and now he would start stretching, once again buying him a bit of time,

"Damn, a-are you sure this right? Holy shit man...thats...thats gonna be one hell of a night." was the next words out of Roth's mouth, now the curiosity being even more of a bother. His inital assumption was that it had something to do with fighting, after all Roth didn't seem like the smartest guy and what else could hell of a night mean? Aside from illegal activities when people used words like that it meant something big was going down, something that could get someone hurt. Soon enough though, Roth would come out the back door, passing by Richard, more than likely not noticing him. It didn't bother him in fact he'd rather have it that way since he followed behind him. Yes he'd follow him over to an arena of sorts, an annoucer giving off quite the annoucement,

'Yep this is most certainly a fight... good I can observe how he fights now, I may need to know that someday,' he commented mentally as he always did, soon taking a seat as his waitress had actually came over to him and given him his food. He started eating it, hunger getting the best of him despite the fact that he wanted to watch the fight more intently but it hadn't even started yet so he had time. Regardless, he could see Roth was looking around for someone, most likely some family or perhaps even Richard. Assuming it was him, he stood up for a moment, waving to him with the food not in his hands... after all that'd just be rude,

"Beat the hell out of him Roth O'mutherfuckingRoak!" he shouted out, feiging his excitment but none the less hoping Roth would win... after all... he wanted his twenty bucks back anyway.

The roaring crowd cheered for the local competitor. Everyone was cheering his name, especially with his title match coming up soon. Roth started to really get into it as he saw his new friend cheer is name with a few improvements. The "motherfucking" definitely added to the pure bad assery know as Roth O'Roak. He jumped off the top rope and awaited his next opponent. A very very large African man made his way to the ring. He was getting some cheers too, but nowhere near as much as Roth's pop.

The Irishman took off his signature trench coat and tossed it to the ref. The two opponents stood starring at each other, Roth had on a smile. He knew this man personally and although his opponent weighed 350 plus pounds and was about 6'9, he was one of the friendliest people he had meet in and out of the ring. The bell rang and the match had begun.

"Time for a show, eh."

Roth opened the match with a barrage of quick jabs to the gut of his opponent. They were fully powered and as quick as they could go. Although this was wrestling, there was nothing fake about here. The punches had little to no effect as the large man shoved Roth down onto his back with his two large hand. Roth did a quick backward somersault and stood right back up. With a small charge and a quick jump Roth unleashed a large punch to the cranium of his opponent, hitting right between the eyes.

After his hit Roth would stop for a moment to taunt the crowd. Running over to the nearest corner he would jump up onto it's top. His fallen opponent laid there as Roth took his hand and held it to his ear which faced the crowd. Classic wrestling. He waited for the cheers and chants before getting back to the work at hand.

Richard watched as the opponent entered the ring, easily noticing that the weight disparity as well as height disparity would make this quite an interesting match. After all, size does matter when it comes to fight and whoever made the saying "Size doesn't matter" must have never fought a guy bigger than him,

"No worries you got this punk Roth!" he yelled with fake exuberance once more. In actuality though he was already going into an analytical mode of sorts and absorbing all details he could from this match about how Roth fought and his physical attributes. Indeed as Roth started with jabs to the stomach, Richard scoffed mentally already begining to assume Roth had very little experience with guys bigger than him,

'Attacking the face of someone bigger is a lot more effective. Most guys that are bigger than your average fighter tend to rely on their size and do a lot less evading and keep their head a non-moving target for assault. Not only that but by attacking his stomach with jabs they'll have very little effect on someone so much bigger and allow him to easily get a hold of Roth,' would be his first analysis as he saw Roth get pushed down, predicting something like that happening but not so much expecting such a well executed backflip,

'Well he seems rather agile for someone his size which is quite odd but none the less doing a backflip seems more showy than anything. The amount of energy he wasted on such a move is astounding as opposed to doing something more normal. Not only that but had that man decided to rush forward he could have easily cause Roth to lose balance and captalize on that moment of weakness,' was his second conclusion on Roth's abilities, already getting a mental image of Roth's level as a fighter. The third conclusion would come next as Roth countered with a nice punch, landing with a great amount of accuracy into the cranium of his opponent, already knocking his opponent out,

'Hmm that punch could have been thrown out of instinct or luck but maybe this man is not showing all of his abilites yet. His opponent obviously wasn't of the highest level considering he was hit by such an easy to read punch so there'd be no need for Roth to really to showcase all his abilities. Not only that but you save the best for last and since this seems to be more of a pro wrestling thing than an actual display of martial arts it would fit not to show everything he has on such a weak opponent. Yes he'll showcase his abilities in a different match I'm sure but I already have some useful information on him and maybe I can use him if I play my cards right... he does cover some of my weaknesses in a fight after all,' would be Richard's third and final conclusion, his poker face still being held the entire time as these thoughts ran through his head. Regardless, he would approach Roth, not too concerned about security or anything like that since he was sure Roth would tell said security to allow him to get close,

"That was a good fight though maybe you're being a bit too cocky there buddy... though with a name like Roth O'mutherfuckingRoak I guess it's to be expected eh?" he asked as he grinned widely,

'Let's see how much I can manipulate this guy... if I can at all anyway.'
