After leaving Becca's pod Mike just enters his own, making his way to his own room without a word and falling onto his bed. The fight with Arman had taken a lot out of him. He felt like he could literally sleep for a week. His everything hurt. Inside and out. In every possible way he could imagine.
Aaron was in the living room studying when Mike came in! He gives Mike a few minutes to himself, because he looked and sounded like he needed it, before getting up and heading to the other agent's room. It'd be rude to just walk in, so Aaron knocks gently at the door.
He says it sympathetically, not to be flippant! "Well, you know where I am if you want to talk about anything. We're roommates and we're gonna be superheroes, we should have each other's backs."
Well, obviously, but... Aaron doesn't know. It felt worth saying? He stands there feeling a little awkward for a moment, unsure where to go from there. Dude doesn't sound like he wants Aaron poking around right now, and Aaron knows how it is. Sometimes people need space. "I'm gonna make some food, let me know if you want anything."
Aaron pretends not to see anything, even though he's in the living room!
He's got Mike's back. He even throws a little bit of shadow over himself so they can pretend he's not there. Or genuinely not see him, depending on if they're paying attention.
If the plan to go unnoticed worked, he would sneak out once they weren't in the room to see him move.

By this point his room has a few sports posters and the like hanging up. But there was nothing really fancy about it. Just the bare essentials. He'd give Aaron a small nod, appreciating that he wasn't gonna try and make a big deal about it.
