At 6:45 PM, Bahram could be found in the training room in his training attire. He'd set a gallon of water on a bench, and then begin limbering up on the floor next to it.
He'd yet to set any of the bots up, since he was expecting company, so for now he was alone in the room.
Bahram smirked as Murdoch entered, letting out a chuckle as he stood to his feet. Yeva showed up not long after, and he'd shoot the both of them a wave.
"Well, I'm not quite one to beat around the bush, so when the two of you are ready, I figure we start small, but straight to the point," he started. "Nothing too serious, but I'd like to see what the three of us are capable of in a combat scenario, even if it's unlikely for the two of us." He'd gesture to Murdoch with that last bit.
Waiting for the others to get ready, Bahram would shake his limbs out a little, then assume a southpaw boxing stance. Once it appeared that the other two were ready, he'd take two long, quick strides in Murdoch's direction and throw a left hook for his right side.
Time to gauge how much he'd learned up to this point. While Bahram was no master of combat himself, he had a decent enough grasp that he felt he could accurately judge.
He'd been reading up on that. Entering a similar stance as Bahram, but with his right arm hanging lower in front of his torso, Murdoch steps slightly out of rang of the hook! He returns the favor swinging his right fist out and back quickly for Bahram's face, performing a set of flicker jabs!
Bahram's right hand shot up to his face to defend, the jab catching his palm. He swooped down and to the right under the jabs, throwing a left and right hook combo to the man's sides before returning to his initial stance with his hands up to guard.
"Of course. I'm a simple man," he replied with a grin. He didn't know boxing very well, however.
As Murdoch's hand retracts, he steps back to dodge the initial left, but doesn't make it far enough to also dodge the right, taking a nice hit to the side of his torso! He lets out a grunt, but follows through with a downward right hook for Bahrams face as the man returns to his initial position.
He keeps in mind all of these attacks! He'd have to find some sort of opening through all of this in order to capitalize on his power!
Bahram's left was retracting as the fist came down, and he attempted to use it to block the blow. He just halted it at the forearm after it made contact, however, so he still took the hit, which caused his body to shift to the left a little.
Bahram still returned to his initial position, though now he flicked two quick left jabs at Murdoch's face that had no intention of hitting, stepping forward with each one. After the second, he stepped backward - Murdoch's right - and inward, throwing a left hook for his right cheek. All three are done in rapid succession, so the power behind the hook would be lacking, to say the least.
Focusing on what he remembered on the fly about Bahram's fighting style and what was happening real-time was hectic, to say the least. It made it harder for him to concentrate and plan out exactly how he'd counter him!
Murdoch, bobbed his head to the left and right, under the first to jabs and advanced on Bahram! As the right hook started to swing by, Murdoch was able to recall the first time one had been thrown at him!
Continuing the motion of the bob, Murdoch's head swung under the hook, as he left fist raised and shot out for Barahm's face in a counter punch! Due to the strength of his opponents hook, it wouldn't have been much stronger!
As the left hook swung over Murdoch's head, he quickly pulled it back inward. Murdoch's punch came flying in, and Bahram turned his head to the left so it would slap against the cheek. Simultaneously, he shot his right hand up from under Murdoch's left arm, sending an uppercut squarely for his chin. It was heavy enough to push him back should it connect, but probably not enough to do legitimate damage. Probably.
Regardless of whether or not the uppercut actually landed, Bahram would stumble backward, regaining his footing in the same stance as before. Rather than engage this time, he'd simply signal for Murdoch to initiate.
"It's a lot less pitiful when you feel it, trust me."
Murdoch gets back into his original fighting position. He wanted to analyze Bahrams defenses from a distance, so more flickers should do the trick. Lowering, his right arm, he swings it back and form before launching a set of whip-like jabs for Bahrams face!
Bahram would lean back as the jabs shot out, the first barely missing his face. As the second was thrown, he twisted on his left ankle and shot out a right roundhouse for Murdoch's left side.
Murdoch bring his left arm down to his side to intercept the force of the kick, but it causes him to slide to the right! He steps in and throws a right straight for Bahram's chest!
Bahram turns to the right, his right fist shooting out for Murdoch's forearm to swat it away! That same hand shoots for a backfist aimed at Murdoch's right cheek!
Bahram pats Murdoch on the shoulder, smiling. "That's what training is for. You got a few good licks in even without the experience. Keep on your toes, and you'll be kicking ass in no time."
Murdoch shakes his head to wake up his senses before Bahram advances. As the jab comes in, it's very reminiscent of the previous bouts he had just experienced! He swats the arm away with his the back of his right fist before following up with a left knee to Bahram's chest!
Yeva gets a devilish grin on her face, she raises her hands, a dark blue runic circle in her left hand. A dirt tan circle in her right. She would eject them having them appear on the backs of each, Dark blue on Murdoch, dirt tan on Barham. They would flout slightly off the skin rotating slowly. Bahram would be much more durable, while Murdoch was twice as fast as he usually was.
