After just finishing her training session with Mathew, Skylar is on an adrenaline dump! Dressed in black leggings, a sports bra and a half zipped wind breaker she decided to put the energy to good use and go for a jog!
She rounds the corner, not paying too much attention to who or what may be in her way!
It's not hard to see Eric, like ten feet in front of her. Between them is a whole cluster of god even knows what. There are pogo sticks, glitter is everywhere. At least fives different styles of rubber duck, and a cactus!
"Sorry! It was already open when you rounded the corner! I couldn't stop it."
He wasn't fast enough yet to open up a second portal to catch it before it would have hit her.
"Need a towel?"

Yeah, it didn't go super smooth. But still! He did keep that one dude distracted with bacon. And no one got hurt. Well except for Murdoch who had been shot. But that totally wasn't his fault!
"And I do alright with my power. I use it daily."
It was just applying it in new was that was tricky. Most of his practice was in the form of small little tricks.
"Why are you so defensive though? Are you really that upset because I accidentally got you wet?"
He tried to take what he knew of her so far. She was athletic. Defensive about being told she might have to catch up. So she was competitive. She wanted to win. To be the best. She was really hot. And no matter what he pulled out she would likely have something to say to dismiss it because she can't be impressed.
All of that was fine. If he could impress her anyways. He'd open his eyes and grin when he saw that hers were shut. Even less he had to hide from prying eyes then.
He'd open a portal in the hand over his heart and he'd pull out his chosen object. A gold medal which he'd place around her neck as he withdrew his hand from her head.
"Ta da."
