That robot shouldn't exist. It's from a different timeline. But somehow it came out of one of my portals." That was just the start. "Apparently it can also manipulate and use Metahuman powers. And it tried to use mine. Which means whatever reality or time it came from. It had encountered me and got my power in it's database." Whether it was him in the future, or another dimension him was totally up for debate though.
