"Pretty words for a not so pretty chick." He responded putting a cigarette between his lips.
He'd noted the knives, taken care to remember where they would be if it ever came to blows. He'd pull a lighter from his bag and light up the cigarette.
"You touch her, we're gonna have problems."
Now THAT was a threat. One he had no problems carrying out.
"Why the sudden interest? Gonna try to put one of those pretty knives in her VC?" He asked, very suddenly less inclined to volunteer information to the vicious female.
"I just told you I'm an intelligence agent. I train the intel kids around here. So, if she's intel, I do get to put one of my pretty little knives in her."
She seemed just as bored as she had before. Still, there was a single moment of a brow twitch when he called her VC. Again.
Jude took a drag from the cigarette, staring at her for a moment.
"Peaceful sleep to you then VC."
Those words were definitely not kind. Nor was Jude in the mood for anyone else hurting Dillon, especially not after the combat instructor. He'd have to pay that prick a visit again soon too.
"Heh, not as smart as intelligence seems to think you are VC."
Jude followed her out, figuring to put his things away later. Plopping down on the sofa, he'd continue to smoke, more than ready to throw down with the VC.
Venus waited until he wasn't looking, and then she disappeared from sight. She did not make a noise when she moved (she never did), so she wandered over and, with a gloved hand, snapped his cigarette in half before walking away.
