The tendrils seem less aggressive, but still attempting to grab him and drag him down, Jack finds himself standing in total darkness. It feels like he's on solid ground, and he can see himself fine, but he's surrounded by what looks like infinite space. In a few seconds he can see a pale face emerge from the ground, grinning at him. "I can't wait to see what keeps you up at night...I think I already see it..." He can also see the pale man and Jack however, just standing in front of each other! A strange aura's flowing from Jack and towards the Pale Man, both men with their eyes closed!
