Part of her is glad that they're together, but there's a chance that the geno could, like its brother, learn to something other than hostile towards them. Well, except for Aaron, maybe. But knowing the geno's probably a sentient being, might possibly be just another victim of CLAW, makes him feel guilty. Not to mention, let's try to keep this thing from going on a killer TK rampage. He's not sure if the Genomorph meant Fiona, but she answered its question, so he thought it was okay to tell it about the geno. He still looks to Fiona to see if she's doing okay, though.
