Not even by making shadows just appear on the guy's hands like the darkness cloud?
He soon has other problems to worry about, though, as a bunch of angry natives ride into town. He puts his hands up as well, looking around at the war party.
"It's okay. We don't mean any harm."
He wishes he could speak any Native American languages right now. Which would probably be Apache or Navajo, in this area.
Mijeal just chuckled and shook his head. This kid... He sure likes to hear himself talk don't he. But he would let Aaron talk as he used ability to see whatever he could, any weak spots in their circle around them and who was the most armed and such like that.
"You attack like men on iron horse. Not of this land."
They speak in their native tongue among eachother before he turns back towards them, hitting his spear down again.
"We take you to chief. He decide."
Tactically speaking, they don't leave a lot of weakness. The weakness would be in the primitive weapons themselves, but they still outnumber them more than 2 to 1.
"Have you dealt with the men on iron horses before? Maybe we can help each other."
He's not going to argue about the chief thing, though. It could help, and even if his powers might or might not let him fight the group, it'd put a lot of people at risk. And they're at close enough range it doesn't matter their guns are crappy models from the 1800s.
