Nicky is a pretty self-focused individual. While not incapable of relying on others, she first and foremost relies on herself. She often has a one track mind, and is quick to disregard everything and everyone around her when she's on some sort of lead.

Her interest in people fluctuates and she usually keeps from building close bonds. She tends to be nicer when someone shares some form of common ground with her. Nicky-Lee doesn't like people she finds no worth in and will make sure you're aware of that.

She can be quite rude, opinionated and sarcastic, which compliments her sassy attitude. If you're worried about honesty, Nicky tends to be brutal with hers. She also enjoys pranking people, and will often do so as a form of "punishment".

Ice: Nicky has the ability to control ice, though it doesn't come as easily as her second power. She can create, shape, and control the ice in a psychic manner, as well as send blasts of frost.

Due to the nature of how she obtained it, there's often a struggle for control in non-threatening situations. She has, however, started to learn to suppress the lingering consciousness of her power.

Of course, compared to other ice users, Nicky's own powers are weaker.

Teleportation: Nicky can teleport freely anywhere within twenty feet in any direction.

Intangibility: Nicky can walk through walls and sink through floors! Becoming intangible also allows her to ignore most forms of energy. So punches just like fireballs go right through her without any painful results.

She can’t make other people intangible, however she seems somewhat capable to extend it to objects. And by that, I mean just her clothes.

Nicky’s early life was nothing special. Like a lot of families, her parents were divorced, and she and her siblings lived with their mom, who eventually became engaged to another man. No big deal. Perhaps the only thing that made them a little unique was that apart from the oldest child Jessy, the rest of the kids were quintuplets (Oldest to youngest being Leona, Lance, Noëlle, Nicky and Malyk). (No match for octomom, maybe, but they were conceived naturally so suck it).

Nicky’s life only really took a turn when she moved to the states and was enrolled in a school that utilised corporal punishment as disciplinary action. Being surrounded by so many violent people was sca-haaaa-ry, but Nicky managed to stay out of any rumbles. If anything, she was incredibly fascinated with watching fights happen instead.

Then her school blew up and it nearly killed one of her brothers.

So, Nicky changed schools. But all that fighting inspired her, and she went off to find a martial arts class. Oh, and somewhere along that timeline her boyfriend disappeared like a lot of her other school-mates in some strange mass-kidnapping. She never really knew what happened with that, just a lot of teens and kids going missing. So that was probably another incentive to learn the art of ass-kicking. Y’know, have a fighting chance in case she was kidnapped next.

Apart from moving on to take steps in attaining her dream of being a private investigator someday, Nicky’s life hit another dull patch. You could say everything was ordinary, up until MASS CHAOS happened.

She knew about the superfriends running around beating up superbaddies. Powers weren’t exactly a huge OMG thing. However, waking up one day and having her own? Major OMGage. Okay, so she wasn’t flipping out outside and turning into a wolf-man like her neighbour. All she did was kinda fall through the floor. But that shit was EMPOWERING. For the longest time she was ok with being ordinary and maybe a bit of a weirdo-sort-of-social-outcast-because-she-doesn’t-know-what-outside-her-apartment-feels-like. But when you’re pretty much untouchable at will? It’s like your world just changes.

Nicky’s ego inflated juuuuust a little too much, maybe. She was untouchable. She could literally rob a bank and not get shot down by the police, while strutting out with moneybags. ‘Course she didn’t do that, but knowing she COULD was what mattered. Her power was changing her, she knew, but becoming a little self-absorbed wasn’t a terrible thing, right? I mean the confidence was attractive, right? Oh who cares, really? SHE CAN DO ANYTHING SHE WAAAAANTS~.

The only thing she was missing now was her dream job. Paradigm was a close enough alternative. If she could exploit her powers AND investigate stuff, what was she even waiting for? She heard those chumps accepted anyone who wanted to help them. Plus a technically free room and food?
