Yeah, that's what Mathew was assuming he'd do. The blade didn't really do much. But the floor in front of Arman would shoot spikes forward toward his thighs.
The pillar slams hard into his face, and he is so focused on Mathew that there's no way to avoid it. He tumbles backward this time, his nose bleeding, and he spits out an incoherent string of cursing that'd make a sailor cry.
"Pissed? Pissed?! he stands to his feet, taking the stone spikes from earlier and stabbing them forcefully into his own sides, making a mess out of his stomach and spitting out blood.
"That doesn't even begin to describe it."
Arman shatters the spikes as his muscles begin to grow, and he leaps forward at Mathew with speed that far outclasses what he had before as he's forced himself into the second degree. He aims to slam both forearms down upon Mathew with intent to crush.
"Shame, because the moment you let that control you."
Mathew would bring his stone arm up to block the fists, channeling his power into it in order to keep it reinforced as he worked the ground under Arman to soften and sink him in.
He doesn't say a thing! His hands remain open and he grips Mathew's stone arm, using all of his forward momentum to try and bring the guy to the ground. If he can't, then he'll just pull him down as he starts sinking.
He is able to bring Mathew to the ground as he starts sinking! The metal would bend around Mathew, moving with his impact as it bowed outward to slam into Arman's face!
Every time he gets hit he gets stronger, so he tries to use this as leverage to pull himself out of the hole, since everything Mathew is doing is starting to hurt less. If he can't pull himself out, he's going to hold onto Mathew as tightly as he can manage, and he's currently much like a bear.
Mathew's stone arm would just move to cover Arman's face. Blocking his mouth and nose, sealing around his face to keep air from getting in. Mathew still seemed calm.
"No matter how strong you are. There are always ways to lose."
Mathew lets out a pained choking sound as metal from around them rose around his body to reinforce his skin. At least to by him time. Mathew would keep staring at Arman through it all. Calm and collected. He was confident Arman would blink first.
Arman doesn't even know how to admit defeat, so he just keeps crushing! The more Mathew keeps it up, though, the weaker Arman's grip gets, but he doesn't flinch in the slightest.
The Metal would cover his skin giving him a chance to breathe. It comes out in a gasp as his lungs fill with air. This was going to hurt.
"You also need to learn when you've lost kid. You want respect, then learn when to regroup instead of throwing your all into every pointless encounter."
He'd not remove the stone though. He'd see if Arman would respond.
