It's a bit of a drive into the rest of Illinois, but the agents start to approach Mercyglade Correctional Facility! The walls are built high and strong as if meant to withstand a siege, and from above it would look like a wheel, four buildings near the corners and one huge central building that almost looks like a castle. If anyone has read up on it during the drive, they've found that Mercyglade, under Warden William Schall, prides itself on rehabilitating even the most dangerous of offenders, and although they have a maximum security wing they don't have a death row or any isolation cells. Despite having troubles with overcrowding, over the past several years Mercyglade has been extraordinary for reporting almost no violence occurring between its inmates.
Everything is quiet as they park in front, and the main gates loom over them.
Angel would say speaking for the first time. He had been silent in the backseat the whole time. Sticking his head up he would sniff at the air, maybe helping him find a clue.
They're overthinking it. As soon as they walk up to the main gate, it opens! Some crows that were perched on the top fly away, cawing indignantly, and they'd see two figures in front of them. One they'd recognise as Warden Schall, while the other stands close by as if to guard him. He looks unimpressed, crossing his arms as he gives the agents a once-over.
"Ah, welcome, Agents," Schall says, putting a hand on the large guard's shoulder and stepping around him to start approaching them. "We were told to expect you. Was the drive to your liking?"
"That depends. The phone call we received from Paradigm was... rather vague. Something about the unfortunate escape incident?"
The guard stares Clyde down, looking unimpressed, until the Warden looks over. "That's quite enough, Captain. Where are your manners?"
The captain snorts and walks over with a smile. "Sorry 'bout that, you kids caught me on a hell of a day. Dominic Hursley, I'm in charge of the guards around here."
He offers his hand to each in turn.
"You know, I had a chance to join Paradigm once, back in the day."

"He broke out, Agent, because we didn't expect somebody to suddenly manifest superpowers and smash through a wall. I assure you we're conducting our own investigation and doing our best to get to the bottom of things."
He's not being rude, but he does sound like he thinks he's pointing out the obvious. Hursley grunts at the disrespect shown to him, and falls silent, watching them.
Angel did a mild wave at the man who tried to shake his head but he was otherwise ignored. Not smelling anything completely out of the ordinary he would just use his other senses for the time being. He would turn his focus towards the warden for the first time.
"So about that tour."
He was bored with the standing around chit chatting. These guys were obviously hiding something. What was it.
That depends entirely on what smells Angel is looking for; because there's so many people here in this facility, there's a lot of smells at once! If he focusses on something in particular he might find something!
With the agents all in agreement, Schall nods, and Hursley grunts as he takes a place at the Warden's side.
"We will, of course, be happy to assist Paradigm however he can. Unless there's anywhere specific you'd like to see, we'll start from the beginning."
Schall will lead them towards the central building, which looms over them even here at the gates.
Murdoch follows, leaning in and whispering to Angel and Clyde.
"We're just looking for some secret entrance. Probably won't be the easiest thing to spot, but if we do, maybe one of us can split off while the others keep these two distracted."
