Description: Dragon Dynasty operates in many different ways but essentially is involved with the illegal smuggling back and forth between the US and Mexican border. Their main source of income is in the transportation service, though extra funds are can also be generated from engagements involving hired muscle/security, street racing, and on very rare occasions hired hits.

Though it is it's own stand alone organization, it is not uncommon for the group to be hired out about other criminal organizations, most notably the Triads. Ninety-percent of the business expidentures are illegal and off the books. Different members have different backgrounds, be it criminal or not. Causes and motivations vary between the individual, even as the organization's purpose is strictly to make money. Dragon Dynasy is conducted as a business, and all dealings must be treated as so.

Rules: the Dragon Dynasty has a very simple outlook: Maximum Efficiency. In any engagement of any nature, efficiency and effectiveness are held at a high standard. Things must always be done as quickly as possible. At the same time, it walks a very fine line. While brutality and ruthlessness are often a component, collateral damage is to be kept a minimum, preventing any overly devastating damage to people or property, as it would only draw more attention their way from authorities. All things are to be dealt with simplicity. Get in, get what you want, get out. No time wasting on extra activities like rape, murder, drug use, or theft. Xiao Long is a group of businessmen, not pillagers.

Zodiacs: Opposed to a traditional hiarchy of members and officers, the Dynasty contains a system based on chinese astrology, where members are given titles based on their abilities and duties. Zodiacs are looked at from a specialized standpoint rather than a superior one to other zodiacs or even regular members. The include the following:

All members are given above patch to sew into their own choice of clothing. Regardless of where it is shown, the patch must always be worn during the group's engagements. The patch symbolizes the member's represenation of both the group and Tiao himself, pictured by the dragon and tiger respectively, both intertwined as one.

NOTE: Though the group has direct ties to the Triads, most members are not aware of this fact or the group's true purpose and leader.
