Her old sneakers scrapped across the ground as she twisted under the front of the car, a few grunts of her struggle heard as she fought with the oil filter, using the wrench she couldn’t seem to get it free with. Her hands were already sweating and covered in oil from when she had drained it, so it shouldn’t have been any surprise when her hand slipped, scraping her knuckles as she did. “Fucking hell!” Luli cried out throwing the wrench away from her and finally just sliding out from under the car, and noticing immediately her fingers were bleeding. Just fucking great she thought to herself as she sat up, grabbing a somewhat clean towel by her side and pressing it to her fingers. This just wasn't her day, usually she had no problems working on Colin’s car hell on any given day he’d be the one cursing and throwing tools, but here she was fed up with this shit and ready to go inside. No reason to be particularly angry but maybe she was making up with the anger management for them both. She wished she could throw that stupid bottle of pills away, the goddamn crutch they were…tossing the rag to the side she reached over to her iPod then and put the headphones in her ears, thinking maybe if she had some music she wouldn’t get as agitated as she had been. It seemed her boy toy had taken the day off and left the girl to the joy of changing an oil filter. With a laugh and slight shake of her head, Rudie walked up to the long legs sticking out and stepped over them careful not to have her own legs touch her friend's as she stood over the girl and squatted down over the legs, laughing to herself when she saw Luli hadn't noticed her practically sitting on top of her. With no warning, or care as to what she was doing underneath the cars engine Rudella grabbed Luli's hips and pulled her out to face her. The look on Luli's face made Rudie laugh as she greeted her obviously irate friend. "Well hello there dahling, and just what you up to today?" A wide grin on her face as she lightly slapped Luli's hip and stepped over her, picking up her torn faded out black jeans and leaned on the hood of the car. "So what does the china doll need from me?" Rudie had been pleasantly sleeping her day away when she had gotten a call from Luli asking her to come over, not something she really wanted to do, and only did because it was Luli. Though the truth was that Luli probably didn't want anything other than to see her, which Rudie didn't mind, she jsut preferred sleeping her nights off all day. "-no one really knows if she's drunk or if she's sto-" giving a surprised noise of exclamation Luli was pulled by the hip out from underneath the car quite easily, and she was about ready to raise the wrench in her hand until a familiar face made her take pause. Grinning quickly though Luli pulled the ear buds from their place and shuffled to her feet slowly and dropped the tool and cocked a hip as she settled her weight to one foot. Her fingers were covered in grease and she bent with a roll of her eyes as she picked up the dirty rag on the ground to clean herself off. She hated being called that, she was more white then probably Rudie, she didn't even speak any form of Chinese. Weird but she guessed that's what happened when someone didn't know their parents and got stuck with some yuppies. "What? I can't want to hang out with you for no reason?" Really she had gotten wind of a street race later on that night down near Olympic Parkway in Chula Vista , and she wondered if her eccentric friend was up for a bit of fun. Hell she'd even steal - well borrow Colin's car...and even if they couldn't do that she knew Rudie was a whiz at hot wiring... Rudie had been sitting on the car's hood lighting a cigarette when she caught sight of that smile with that tone. Closing her zippo lighter and taking the cigarette out of her mouth, Rudella pointed it at the girl in an acusing matter. "I'm not a fascinating person doll, so drop the bull and tell me how you nearly want to kill us now." It didn't bother Rudie that her friend liked to live fast, that was the only way Rudie herself knew, she just didn't like beating around the bush. It wasn't like she was going to tell Luli no and they both knew that very well. Rudie lived for the rush too, so she knew her friend's idea was something stupid, dangerous, probably illegal, but besides all that, something that Rudie would actually want to do. Putting the burning cigarette to her lips, Rudie took a long drag of it as she made a point to sit down fully on Colin's car. He would probably go ape shit if he saw her, but Rudie didn't really care and merely stared at Luli waiting to hear her explanation. The smoke in her lungs was glory, The slight burning in her lungs something she loved to feel before letting the smoke out in one long trail of smoke that disappeared into the afternoon sky. "Yo, China Doll.. You got something right here." Rudie said with a grin and making a motion of pointing at the corner of her mouth with her pointer finger. It was a stupid immature thing to do but it made Rudie laugh for more than one reason. "You should learn to be cleaner." The girl teased her friend. You know the real car enthusiast,” she said began with a grin and a snicker. Really the guy only stole cars for a living, sent them to a chop shop and all that jazz. “Well he’s got a friend that apparently goes here, and he remembered we attended, was real grateful for our services.” Luli was grinning like a Cheshire cat at this point as she swiped the rag over her face to clear it of the grim and light sweat. She was talking of course of the cars they had helped heist when he had a particularly tall order, and it hadn’t taken that much persuading of Rudie since she was high as a kite at the time. “Remembered I had a fondness for racing too so…he’s invited us both to a street race down in Chula Vista tonight. I hear the pot is pretty big.” Of course the money wasn’t the winning factor for Luli, she wanted the thrill of racing, she loved fast cars and even more she loved driving them. Before she could go on though she frowned at her friends teasing and wiped almost impatiently at the fact she had grease on her face, that wasn’t important. Dropping the blue work towel she approached her friend sitting on Colin’s car and leaned in one hand planting itself by her hip and ignoring the smoke that was blown in her face. Normally Rudie wouldn't have bothered seeing as she hadn't hotwired cars in some time and only did it when she needed a quick ride, but like had been established before on more than one occasion, Luli had more control of Rudella than she did herself. If her memory served her right (which it probably didn't) Rudie had been hotwiring the cars twice as fast as Luli, but than again she was doped up on speed and anxious to keep moving. The night had seen a lot of fast cars for Luli and surprisingly no accidents, one slight fender bender though that the old skeeze that owned the chop shop had tried to use as an excuse to not pay up. Of course, with eye candy like Luli near by it was hard for the perv not to pay them up and that's how that partidular night had ended. Now she was talking about a street race, and though the scene wasn't one that Rudie was fond of. Cars that went fast were always a plus, she shared Luli's obsession with fast cars and driving them faster. The money was just a bonus, Rudie was jack broke but she didn't really care, she had the tendecy to bum off of Luli who didn't seem to mind and even if she did win it would probably go to getting her a new guitar. Which she didn't need, but did want. With a grin on her face at the closeness of her friend, Rudie grinned cheekily and planted a kiss on her Luli's lip before pulling back and taking a drag from the cigarette. "You know I like it fast all the time." Her words laced with teasing as she winked at the girl and added as an afterthought. "And in case you were thinking about it.... Don't take this piece of crap, I'm sure something good will wander our way." Rudie said, her eyes already scanning the street they were on trying to see if she could find a car worthy enough of her driving skills. With a laugh she leaned forward again pushing herself against her friend and planting her lips on hers just for the hell of it knowing that the girl didn't give two shits. But her arms wrapped around her waist, her added weight pushing them down on the hood of Colin's car. The only thing keeping them from sliding off the fact Luli still had a foot still planted on the ground the other bent and up on the bumper. She buried her face in her friends neck and laughed to herself but not moving rather tired despite wanting to go, go, go. It was the heat of the day and she grinned impishly knowing she was getting Rudie dirty with the grease on her but she didn’t care… “So you can stay here until we go out tonight, I still need a shower and I need to tell Colin something,” she said thoughtfully and hummed to herself. All the work Luli did was about to become useless because he just went out to buy a new filet that would need to be installed, and she spent all that time messing around with it that he would probably just turn useless when he stepped in and undo the work she did. Unfortunately for both of them it was simply bad communication, but one, if not both, of them would likely be pretty pissed off about it. Although there would be a couple of other events that would happen first, like defending his car, and molesting one of his girl's friends. Bending forward he stuffed the filter into the pocket of his cargo pants. Colin stepped up to the hood of his car and pressed his legs up between Luli's and Rudie's, not in the least bit bash he reached between under his girl and twisted his wrist. With a arrogance that only someone of his arrogance as the alpha male figure would dare molest a girl while his girlfriend was watching, and he proved to be just such a guy. Resting his strong and overheated chest across Luli's back he rubbed his forearm against her while he pressed his index finger under and between Rudie's rump, his thumb pressing down on her public bone and rubbing as he gave both girls a quick thrill. "So my car isn't good enough for racing, but it's just fine to make out with my girlfriend on, huh Ruds?" Colin glanced down at her over Luli's shoulder, shifting himself in subtle and diluted movements over Luli's back, his chin shifting rub against the back of her shoulder. It wasn't something that was particularly surprising to Rudie, Luli was probably the closest to a functional relationship in any sense that the girl had ever had, and though the affection was more than some would consider proper, it was normalcy for them and Rudie never minded the shows of love. Letting out a somewhat irritated noise when Luli used her height and postion over her, Rudie couldn't help but chuckle softly she knew that the grease stains were being shared and though she didn't care for her appearance, Rudie hated the feel of car oil on her skin. Still, the lethargic feeling was mutual and Rudie closed her eyes letting out a small hum of acknowledgment as her friend told her, her plans before the night. The thing was, Rudie wasn't given the chance to argue or agree with Luli because she felt more weight on her aside from that of her friend's. Opening her eyes and letting out an irritated growl and when she locked eyes with Colin feeling his hand venturing somewhere it should never have been. Rudie wasn't sure if Luli could catch the look in her eyes, but it was one that said she would get Colin back, not right now because there first of all was someone between them, and second of all she wasn't stupid enough to try and take the pill popping pyscho on head to head, without at least some help. So brushing off her irritation best she could, Rudie shrugged her shoulders and stared Colin in the eye. "Making out, fucking on, sitting there and taking up space. Your car's better than even I thought 'roids." Rudie said with a grin as she took a jab at his need to overcompensate his body's physical fitness for whatever he was lacking mentally or otherwise. It wasn't until she felt a familiar weight against her back that she paused tensing up a bit and biting off a glare when she felt that wondering hand. A retort was on her lips but Rudie seemed to beat her to the punch. The girl might do drugs and seem like she didn't care but she had a sharper then tongue then Luli ever though to have. Moving her hands from around her friends waist she planted her palms on the hood of Colin's car and pushed back as much as she could, signaling for her boyfriend to get off of her, despite all those little buttons he was pushing. Luli didn't like sharing one way or another, that went for them both pretty much. She wasn't shy to admit she was stingy... "Get off, Colin," she said evenly turning her head a little really this heat a little sticky to putting up with the teasing or playing any longer. Luli knew that Rudie didn't like Colin to begin with and it made her a grin a bit to herself as she waited for him to move. She didn't want to put her long time friend through her and Colin's habits anyways, even if she might not even care one way or another. "Come on its much to hot and I need a shower," with a teasing look she looked back to Rudie, "and apparently so does Rudie." With a sigh he relented, really he just wanted to break up the lesbian moment he didn't much care for. Sure, Ruds wasn't exactly going to steal Luli away from him, but she was getting the same thing he had to get the shit bugged out of him for. Of course that wasn't to say he relented easily. He nipped at Luli's shoulder pulled her off the hood of the car, pressing his hand onto her butt and pushing her toward their dorm. "Yeah, yeah, whatever. Just get off my car so I can put in this new oil filter." He would glance at Rudie and grunt. "That means you too hash head."
