School: John C. Fermont High Year: Senior Occupation: Unemployed
Name: Richard Savage Alias: Rich, Dick & any others people feel like making in due time Date of Birth: 5/12/1991 Age: 18 Nationality: American Ethnicity: Polish/Croatian mainly but a little bit of French as well Blood Type: O Height: 6,2 Weight: 190 Hair Colour: Black Eye Color: Green Handedness: Left Sexual Orientation: Straight
Physical Appearance: Rich, Dick, whatever you may call him is what you would call handsome. You know the saying dark, tall, and handsome? Well this applies very well to him, his face having a Justin Timberlake quality to it almost. The hair on his face though shares a much more clearer resemblance to that of David Beckham, very well groomed and clean. As for the hair above his face, he sticks with a buzz-cut like most athletes seem to do, not enjoying having his hair much longer than even a centimeter. Moving down we come around the shoulders, very broad and wide due to years of physical training, and the rest of his upper body seems to follow suit, well defined, lean, toned, etc all great words to describe his physique. His lower body is also very well trained, his quads and calves proportional to the rest of his body and also described fitly with the same words use to describe his upper body. Overall, while he’s not “jacked” like a body builder, he’s not scrawny either. The only other notable feature is that he's slightly more tan the most Polish kids but only a little.
Apparel & Accessories: Rich, while not caring too much about the way he dresses, does put forth a little bit of effort with his attire. That being noted, while he won’t go around wearing clothing from Hollister, he doesn’t get his clothing from the garbage. No his choice is typically clothing from say Wal-Mart or Target, y’know something affordable. Due to this most of the clothes he owns are very basic without any intricate designs on them or anything, and he more likely than not will be caught walking around with a dark red shirt and black cargo pants. He believes in the same guidelines for shoes as well, getting your basic sneakers from a Payless, usually sticking with Reebok’s or if he’s lucky some Nike’s. The one thing he does not follow the usual protocol for though would be a pair of sunglasses. Whether they are $20.00 or $100.00, if they look good he’ll do what it takes to get the money to get them.
Personality: Rich has a personality that most people would classify as weird if they ever got deep into it. On the surface though most people just see him as an interesting fellow. To elaborate, Rich is quite the intellectual, his vocabulary reflecting his intelligence as well or perhaps it reflects his sarcastic nature and witty remarks more so than anything. Indeed, he is the type of guy that will try to make a joke out of nearly anything to lighten up the mood and sometimes to insult people he finds to be “unintelligent” or rather retarded if you don’t care about being politically correct.
This is just the surface but if one were to delve much deeper into Rich’s psyche they would see that he often uses this intellect to trick people and manipulate them. Rich is a heavy thinker and will always think before he acts, making sure that whatever actions he does involve him using as little effort as possible but also gaining as much as he can. That being noted, whether he’s kind or mean really depends on the situation and which type of action he stands to gain more from. Regardless, Rich is very cunning and clever, always using his brain first, his brawns is merely an insurance policy. He is also a realist in every sense of the word, always basing assumptions he has and predictions off statistics and personal experience.
Carrying on, aside from his intelligence, Rich can be a very outspoken person. If he enjoys talking to a person or a subject is brought about that he is very passionate about (EX: Illegal Immigration), he could go on for hours talking. If it isn't something interesting though he usually keeps quiet and just observes the people around him.
Another, perhaps annoying feature of Rich is he is very adamant against admitting that he’s wrong about something and will do anything to prove that he’s right to help keep his chance of being right on any given thing around the 99.9% range. That being said, finding him debating something, no matter how insignificant it is, isn’t exactly a surprise.
Last thing worth noting, a rather unfortunate part of his personality, would be how emotionless he is. While he can fake emotions very well, getting raw emotions to rise out of him is extremely difficult. “Love” is an emotion specifically that he has a hard time grasping due to his past. The only people he seems to show any feeling for would be his sister and mother, albeit a little. While this bodes fairly well for him when he’s playing Poker or in a fight, never wearing his emotions on his sleeves, it does put him in awkward situations at times then even his intellect can’t get him out of.
Miscellaneous Information: Video games are a big thing in Rich’s life, Rich believing he’s a very avid gamer as well as a pretty skilled one. He plans to do something regarding video games for his future, whether it is writing the stories behind the games or the code behind them.
Another thing that is also big in Rich’s life is Poker. Rich enjoys Poker very much, always believing that is the most intellectual game out there because it requires you to be able to read people’s emotions as well as force them to reveal some sort of emotion. Not only that but one must be able to calculate the odds of hitting a certain hand or what have you within the blink of an eye as well as tell whether or not people are giving you fake tells to trick you. Yes it’s this and the risk of one nervous swallow costing you your entire fortune that makes him enjoy Poker far too much and play it just a tad too much.

Style: Rich has always been the type of guy that dislikes ludicrous martial arts styles and considers Karate and Tae-Kwon-Do and many other styles to be trash. The ones he does practice however are Muyi Thai Kickboxing, Jujitsu, Wrestling, and Kali. Muyi Thai Kickboxing is for his “stand-up” game, something he enjoys the most out of the four styles he practices and usually likes to use the most in his fights. Thai Kickboxing utilizes punches, elbow strikes, kicks, and knee strikes, giving many options to a fighter practicing the style, the main reason Rich enjoys it the most. The second style Rich practices, Jujitsu, is more for sport but is also something Rich isn’t afraid to utilize for street fights as well, if he wishes that instead of knocking someone out with a punch, a choke is more fitting. Next up is Wrestling, his least liked style and his weakest of the four. He has horrible, dreadful even, offensive capabilities, only knowing the basic double leg takedown and instead only focuses on defensive maneuvers as far as wrestling and the “clinch” goes. Last but not least, Kali, the style he practices so he can properly defend himself with and against either a “stick” (EX: Bat) or a knife. He’s not too adept in this style either but at the very least knows how to handle any weapons he can get a hold of during a fight properly.
Weaknesses: One problem Rich has always seemed to have with his physical attributes is raw strength. Now while he can do say a good 30 pull-ups or maybe even 50 push-ups, that falls under endurance not strength like most people would believe. He can’t bench press 200lbs, or curl 50lb with one arm, and many other feats of strength are simply beyond him as he is. Another thing that has always been a problem when concerning his physique is while it is lean, he’s not that fast. Despite having a lean and tone build, he isn’t incredibly fast, really having the average speed you’d expect almost any fighter to have (or below average if you want to be critical), or rather 18 year old kid even.
Strengths: Now while Rich isn’t that fast, nor that strong, where he does make up in is raw stamina. Perhaps he’s just stubborn or determined but whenever he does anything he has a will to never give up that’s unlike any other. Because of this over his life he has developed an amazing stamina and a pain tolerance unlike most others. The other strength that helps Rich overcome his weaknesses would be his quick mind and intellect. Rich is almost never caught thinking heavily during a fight like some inexperienced fighters since the goal of fighting for him is simple, “take as little damage as possible but dish as much out as I can and make sacrifices if need be” and due to this he is able to analyze almost any attack that is coming at him fairly quickly and reacts accordingly so long as his body permits it (because even if you know it’s coming, dodging a bullet is still pretty damn impossible). This mental strength also helps him if he has any information on his opponent, personality, weight, height, anything at all to predict what type of attacks they’ll most likely be using.
History: Rich’s history isn’t very interesting, nor even that unique, a history that plagues many kids in America. This history I speak of is one of a dysfunctional family, one of which where a member or members of a family are very hard to get along with and extremely irritating to the point of where everyone hates said member of family. This member of the family was Rich’s father, David Savage, a very rude and obnoxious fellow who was extremely bossy and pompous. Many more adjectives could be used to describe this man but needless to say he wasn’t someone Rich nor his sister Rachel got along with. Those nice father-son or father-daughter moments never existed in the Savage family because David was too busy either getting drunk or barking orders… oh yeah did I mention he was an alcoholic? Regardless, many arguments were had, one that eventually lead to a beating inflicted upon Rich and Rachel, a beating that had left many bruises and cuts as evidence. This beating had happened around the age of 13 for Rich, and 11 for Rachel. Now while Rachel accepted this beating as if it was her own fault, Rich didn’t see it as such. He knew he was right when he told his father to stop drinking and do something useful for a change and was adamant to stand by his argument. It is this decision that started to change Rich into the person he is today, one who is very emotionless, a realist, and most of all intelligent. Regardless, because of this change in his personality, he also took it upon himself to began practicing Martial Arts, specifically JKD or Jeet Kune Do. To do so he would begin to use the intelligence and manipulative nature that was beginning to develop at that tender age.
X----The Church Incident start----X
The incident that would lead him to this would be one fateful Sunday afternoon, the day of rest or rather the day of bank for Rich. Per his Mother’s wishes, Rich was attending Sunday mass with his sister Rachel, observing everything that was going on during the procession. As was obvious due to how relaxed people were, very little security was placed on the basket full of donations, the amount of donations that day rather generous considering that quite a few 5’s and 10’s laced the top of the basket. Regardless, only one man stood by the basket in which all the donations were put in, an older fellow probably around his 60’s or even 70’s. Regardless, Rich knew this was an opportunity he couldn’t pass, if he wanted to began taking MMA lessons he would need money… whether he earned it or stole it,
“Hey Rachel, you see that guy over there? He really hates it when kids break stuff and make a lot of racket, he can’t stand it.” Rich whispered to his sister while the old man wasn’t looking. Rachel being at the age of 11 was the type of brat that loved to annoy people in whatever way she could and when she knew how to push someone’s buttons she did it. That being noted, Rich used this too his advantage, watching as his sister knocked over a display or two in the room to the old man’s left. Quickly the old man’s attention was guided toward the noise, Rich making sure not to be anywhere near it. Yes he was creeping toward the basket, picking it up and making sure to make as little noise as possible as he stuffed the money inside a lunchbox that had only recently had a lunch that had been prepared for his sister Rachel. After doing so, he slowly made his exit, making sure not to arouse any suspicion as his sister was lectured for what she had done,
“Well she’ll be running out soon enough into here like she always does when ditching with me…” he whispered as he readied himself on the other side of the street in an alleyway. Then as if on cue, Rachel came running out of the church, the old man trying to pursue her but old age getting the better of him. Regardless, Rachel dashed into the alleyway along with Rich, both running a good 4 blocks before stopping. While Rich had lost very little breath, his sister Rachel had seemed very exhausted, her stamina not holding up nearly as well. Without even a word Rich lowered himself, signaling for his sister to get on his back for a piggyback ride,
“By… the way… is there anymore… juice left?” his sister asked through heavy breathing. Rich merely shook his head, sighing in relief,
‘Well this should be more than enough, especially if I start playing that game that fucker was playing with all that betting. Pretty sure it was called Poker or something but whatever.’ Rich thought as he glanced at his sister and smiled sadly, ‘Sorry I had to trick you sis but until I raise enough money to get us the fuck out of there I’ll use you and anyone else to my advantage.’
X---The Church Incident end----X
Years passed after this incident, things continuing like they were for the most part while Rich took MMA lessons secretly having forged his mother’s signature for all the paperwork as well as playing Poker with anyone he could to get more cash. Yes things would proceed like this for 5 years until Rich had accumulated enough of a fortune that he would be able to leave his home behind and move somewhere else along with his sister Rachel. Though so he could leave on “good terms” he had a plan in mind, one that he would enact on a day that his mother was off shopping,
“Hey fucker,” he started as he looked at his drunken slob of a father, the rage over the comment evident in his eyes, “How bout we play a game of Poker? I always wanted to play it and I figured you be able to teach me, we’ll play with real money.” Rich finished, his father looking at him with a grin on his face, “Well why not? But if I take all your money don’t complain! Whatever you take with Poker you keep,” his father commented, Rich nodded holding back his own grin… the fat fish took the bait. Yes a game of Poker would then begin, Rich allowing himself to lose many hands but getting “lucky” on a few to keep from arousing any suspicion. Regardless, the $100 that he had put on the table was taken away, his father chuckling to himself as he grabbed the money and shoved it in his pocket,
“Hmmmm this is a pretty cool game. I have to say though these feel like some petty bets why don’t we put a little more at stake?” he asked, his father raising an eyebrow,
“What do you got in mind? I’ll end up taking it anyway but I suppose I’ll humor you,” his father replied, his overconfidence apparent with the way he spoke,
“Well I was going to say since you already have Rachel working a job and giving you her paychecks why not get the same sweet deal for me? I’ll bet myself on getting a job and giving you my paychecks when I get said job. In return you’ll bet Rachel’s… ‘freedom’ and if I win I get to take it for myself and bring her wherever I go. We’ll play just like we did now with another 100 bucks, whoever runs out first loses… sound good?” he explained, trying to sound as innocent as possible. The effort he put into the acting wasn’t even needed though because without hesitation, any rational thinking stopped with only greed on his father’s mind, easily accepting the terms of agreement… and doing so played a game of poker in which he didn’t win a single hand, one of which he was either bluffed or beaten, every hand being played with a skill comparable to that of even the top Poker Stars like Doyle Brunson,
“Well I’ll be seeing you, I’ll be taking Rachel with me and moving out… I hope you die soon fucker, to be tricked so easily you’re obviously a waste of space on this ear-,” Rich started but was cut off before he could continue, “You hustled me you piece of shit! GIMME BACK MY MONEY!” his father shouted as he charged toward Rich, a smirk coming across his face as he dodged the first blow thrown, a shocked expression coming across his father’s face as Rich’s left elbow made it’s way toward his father’s face,
“By the way… I’ve been taking MMA, you like the results?” he asked as his father stumbled back, his nose broken as he screamed out in pain. Though not allowing his father to get off that easy, Rich continued to beat his father for a few minutes before ending it and leaving with his sister, a witness to the affair,
“I saw what happened father and you attacked him first so I’ll be telling that to the Police if you get them involved. Please, for your own sake just let it go… and don’t hit mother as an outlet instead of hitting me… because I think Rich will kill you if you do that.” Rachel noted as he left with his Rich, the two brothers going to an apartment that Rich had rented in advance,
“Sorry you had to see that but that fucker deserved it anyway.” Rich muttered, his sister simply nodding,
“Well I’ll forgive you if you gimme a piggyback ride big bro!” she replied with her usual ‘bubbly’ attitude, Rich sighing lightly and shaking his head with a small smile,
“Yeah, yeah I got ya, I got ya,” he answered as he lowered himself down and allowed his sister on his back, Rachel holding on to him with a bright smile as if she was a little kid still when she was already 16, “Well we better get going, we’re gonna have to get settled into our new place.” Rich finished as he walked with his sister on his back, finally done with his father’s “bullshit” for the moment but who knew what else was held in store for him.
