"But if she was alive, and you were alive, she wouldn't be dead because of you, by your logic." Skewed as it is. She tilts her head. "And think about this, Tyler: if I said the same to you if our situations were reversed, would you just nod and step back or would you make it harder and convince me not to?
"Unless love happens to just stop at a certain point and go 'Well I tried'...and I haven't seen that from you just yet."
His previous warning makes her a bit cautious, though.
Having fully expected this considering previous warning, as Tyler speaks, Aryn's eyes flash as she shoots a beam straight at him! It's fairly weak, meant to make him evade, but it is still a bit of a concussive force! Her hands come up so if he didn't DOOOOOODGE, her forearm would absorb impact and she could immediately counter with an uppercut if that was the case.
Enjoy the show, Albino boy. May it be your most interesting job forever.
Otherwise, she would watch where he evaded to, ready for this.
He does a 360 spin to his forward diagonal to avoid it! As he comes out of the spin he uses his momentum to throw a low kick for the back of Aryn's knee, intent on sweeping her leg out and putting her on her back!
Aryn's legs would be swept from under her, but she was familiar with the after effects that attack gave and the weaknesses born from it. As they were swept, she would turn her body to the side so she was facing him. Throwing down the hand closest to the ground, she would stop her body's fall while using the leg from the same side to plant and push off, flinging her lower body forward and spinning on her palm.
Now, the top leg that didn't push would kick out, aiming to hit his grounded leg (the one he didn't kick with) at the bone just above the ankle to sweep his ass off his feet as well, her positioning giving her the chance to move if he reacted fast enough; though, hopefully she moved quick enough that he was only just replanting his foot.
((The albino is handcuffed to the chair right, Adam?))
Her timing was good, the sweep catching the leg just as he set it down. However, Tyler's timing would be better. His power didn't pack the same punch Aryn's did, but it was always there beneath the surface, providing a finesse to his movements.
As soon as the foot lifted, Tyler would place his hand back behind him, kicking both feet over that shoulder to add to the momentum of the sweep. Upon finishing the half flip/half cartwheel his feet would plant, automatically reacting to Aryn.
If she was standing: The second Tyler's feet hit the floor they'd push back off like a springboard, aiming a knee for Aryn's gut.
If she was still on the ground: Tyler would back pedal a step away from Aryn, jumping backwards for a reverse vault over the counter and into the kitchen. Immediately he'd duck under the counter in expectancy of the laser eyes as he pulled something out of the lower cabinet.
Aryn completed the leg sweep, rotating on the palm and back to her feet. Her gaze settled on Tyler as he leapt forward with his flying knee. Their proximity would make it difficult for her to dodge completely- however, him flipping and then leaping forward right after would definitely shift his center of balance, and taking to the air made movement difficult. Meaning, his path was the path he was taking, right? So as he threw the knee, she would grit her teeth and step to the side, hand coming down to grab him at the back of the thigh he was kneeing with. At the same time her other hand would come up to try and grip him at the neck in a tigers claw and turn with his flying momentum to try and slam him into the ground.
Then she would try and hit him in the face with her lazers, their proximity and her hold hopefully doing it's part. It was a weak blast, after all. More a jab and flash than anything, with the intent being to use it to her advantage.
Immediately following she would shift the leg that was furthest from the one he kneed with, intent to bring it up and forward in a half mount before he could tangle her legs in his. Then she would snap the arm that gripped his thigh up to try and punch him in the diaphragm, while her hand would continue to hold his throat.
Her intent was to take away his air, and with her grip at the throat (he'd done it to her once before, so she learned from a pro) he would be out in seconds—hopefully. If it worked she would promptly remove her handhold and take several deep breaths.
