Paradigm Academy is located just outside of Chicago. Students who are training as agents are expected to live on the property, making use of the dormitories as they can be called upon at any time. Students who are just here to learn may also make use of the dorms, but may choose to commute instead.

Paradigm has expanded a good deal since the first time it reopened its doors. On campus one can find an outdoor pool as well as a tennis court and fields for training or sports. The garage owns a few good vehicles, which the students are encouraged to maintain themselves should they have such skills.

Within the Academy is a mess of halls with class-rooms, bathrooms, various offices, and an infirmary. There is also an archive filled with documents on past criminals and events that is open to all students but requires a student card to access.

Students entering as agent trainees are encouraged to investigate and not just be a force against other meta-humans. That said, if you choose to specialize between intelligence and defense, you may do so. A healthy balance of both goes a long way, however. Those who choose to specialize in one area may choose to partner up with someone who specializes in the other to cover their bases.
