Appearance: Standing at an average height of five foot nine inches, and maintaining a rather slender form she probably doesn't look all that intimidating. Blonde hair kept usually at about neck length in bangs, sky blue eyes and fare skin... Though she suffers from a case of resting bitch face and usually has a glare when looking at someone. She stays in shape and has some definition to her muscles, but it's more a runners body. Her usual attire is long sleeved shirts, pants, and her patented levi vest.
Personality: Contrary to her resting bitch face, she cares for others on a quiet manner. She doesn't talk much, at least tries not to. She has a semi business style attitude because she is here to do a job and learn about her abilities as a meta. She wants to master them and put those giving meta's a bad name in the Vault. It's a mission she has dedicated to. When it comes to other agents she holds nothing but respect for everyone involved, but when it comes to those who use their abilities for trouble, there is no real mercy.
Skills: Hand-to-Hand, Weapons both Ranged and Melee, Strategy, Field Medic.
Abilities/Powers:Power Circle Enhancement Eva can create a runic circle that attaches to the body of her target somewhere. These circles are different depending on what they are meant for. One circle per person, and one enhancement. She can target herself for an enhancement. She can only give one type of enhancement at a time, so two people can't have a Strength boost.
Strength: A person's usual strength is enhanced for a short time. Not lifting a car over your head, but maybe flipping it by yourself.
Speed: All movement in general of a person's body is increased to twice their usual movement speed.
Durability: A person's bones, skin, and muscles become much more durable, Likely not bullet proof, but close.
Power: Target's Meta ability is enhanced and made stronger. Can not target herself.
Sight: A person's sight is clearer, night vision, see farther and in greater detail.
Hearing: A person's hearing is made much more sensitive to vibrations in the air making it possible to hear over longer distance or through walls.
Healing: A person recovers faster, not enough to have any combat utility, but enough it makes a difference while helping out the infirmary.
History: Yeva was born to a normal family. Both her parents were caring and supported her in everything she wanted to do. Her father was a stock broker, and her mother ran an art gallery. Both respectable jobs. Yeva had a brother as well who was her company when their parents were gone. They did everything together all up until Yeva turned ten. She started showing signs of being a Meta.
Of course how would you react when you come home and your ten year old daughter pushed over the tree in your back yard? They reported it of course, they knew where to go, who to talk to and how to help Yeva after talking with Paradigm. Things got easier after that, and when Yeva was old enough she decided to work for Paradigm. Her brother didn't get a Meta power, but he was supportive of her choices, which helped her decide on what to do.
She trained at Paradigm in combat skills, her Meta powers, strategy, and even liked helping out int he infirmary. She learned some emergency medical procedures for field work, and after a few minor missions was promoted to Agent. She stayed generally active both in the field and back home, but didn't like attention so tried to space it out to where she could be helpful and generally unseen. Over time from this she developed the resting bitch face syndrome someone once told her she had. She didn't mean to, she was just in heavy thought a lot, and it made her face look like she was pissed off all the time.
It never caused issues, and she was relatively average at everything. She just felt like this was home, and this is what she was meant to do.
