He swings and would have hit it if it hadn't sunk!

Strike two!

The next one comes in high and inside, a strike but hoping to fake him out! If Martin placed the ball right, even if Mike caught it, it wouldn't be hit on the sweet spot of the bat, so probably just popped up harmlessly or a grounder.

This time he would go for a bunt! And yeah it didn't go far as it hit the ground not too far from him but hopefully he could get on first!

Bahram shot his chain forward, flying to the ball as it hit the ground. By the time he'd get to it, Mike would already be near first, and the rewind wouldn't let Bahram reach it before him. So, he'd let Mike make it to first, and rewind to second, before tossing the ball back to Martin.

"Maybe I shouldn't have stuck to outfield to start," he laughed.

"Come on! Hit me home!"

He'd clap for the other Jr. Agent!

Martin is impressed that he managed to bunt that! He would've coordinated the play differently, but on seeing Bahram move for the ball Martin hurries over to first, using his TK to aid Bahram's throw and grab it just as he puts his foot on the bag!

In the spirit of the sport, Bahram would have waited until Martin was securely at first before his toss. He was more interested in seeing how these Jr. Agents handled their abilities than winning, after all.

"Wrong team, pal," he remarks to Emery as he points to home.

Emery shrugs. He sucks at sports. "Oh my bad. Should I take a turn at batting, then?"

Martin looks amused at the team confusion, and whether Mike is out or not, he'd return to the mound!

Once Emery is ready, a trickier pitch comes his way. What looks like a really low fastball, but then, because TK can defy the laws of physics, it cuts upwards into the strike zone, speeding up as it does.

Emery squeaks a bit, before teleporting about 5 metres away from the pitchers mound and stumbling over.

The speed of the pitch was kind of scary, when it was comnig at you. Blushing a bit, he walks back over to where he's supposed to stand, and goes into a bunting position. He never really did more than a couple games of softball in PE, being from Scotland and all, so he wasn't expecting such fast pitches.

Bahram just watched. The differing personalities among the new agents was incredibly interesting.

Strike! Martin halts, though, looking at Emery.

"You okay? I'll slow down for you."

The next pitch is indeed slower! However, it jumps over the bunt at the last moment!

Emery concentrates, and teleports up into the air, so his bat meets the ball. The ball goes rolling off towards third base. Surprised that it worked, Emery quickly teleports over to first base, but misses it slightly, because of the pressure. He stumbles, and trips over, landing face first on the base.

Well, he's safe... technically. Martin uses his TK to throw out Mike at second, if Bahram is moving with him!

Bahram fast-tracks it to the ball, mid-throw, before rewinding back to second place almost instantly, looking to tag Mike out.

It's out of Martin's hands, whether Mike is safe or out! He tries to give his throw a little TK-push to make the ball move faster for Bahram to get it, though.
