History: A highly prospective amateur boxer, Ricky and his coaches had set their eyes on the olympics. Unfortunately Ricky's friends dragged him into the wrong crowd and a weekend binge led him down the path of drug dealing and gang banging instead. When his best friend was killed in a drive by Ricky sought ought 'boost', the blackmarket drug temporarily giving metahuman abilities. Despite getting his revenge, he found that boost is highly addicting both chemically and psychologically with the power it brings.

History: Growing up in a large Kentucky family Bubba was the only son amongst his five sisters. Very white trash, Bubba's dad filled the stereotype as an abusive drunk. Bubba got beat quite often, but not nearly the same levels of abuse his sisters were subjected too. Upon discovering 'boost' Bubba found that his ability grew exponentially and in the heat of the moment killed his father in an effort to protect his sisters. He went on the run soon after, also developing an addiction to his newfound power.
