Eliott's outside like most days now, getting away from the...things...living with her in her pod. It was an infestation, really. Just the thought of them being there made it hard for her to concentrate.
So the great outdoors where there often were MORE people to be found was a better alternative. At least the sound had somewhere to go rather than just fly around her head.
She was building a tiny Legion-looking mini-bot. It was an action-figure at best, but it could say and do a few things. Personally she was just a fan of their designs (not counting the crooked one she faced). Consider it a fan creation.
Despite her honesty she seems angry that he asked, anyway.
She stands the robot up straight and looks at it like a pageant mom who's disappointed in her kid.
"Do something!"
The robot would turn towards Silas and raise an arm. And a tiny little metal wire would shoot out towards the tip of his nose. If Silas doesn't react, it just kinda bounces off uselessly.
"WE HAVE POOR AIM. WE WERE ATTEMPTING TO HOOK YOUR SHIRT." the robot says in a high-pitched voice.

Silas' reflexes cause his hand to raise, catching it in his palm!
"The likeness is uncanny. The craftsmanship is acceptable. Is it by design to be a...toy?" He pulls on the wire, seeing how heavy or strong it might be.
It's surprisingly light, but has a bit of weight to it due to the metal.
"It wasn't." she says, her eyes glued to the mini-legion dangling. It kicks its little legs around.
"Not really. Arg! I don't know. I just wanted to recreate it but SMALL. But I didn't get to study the Legion bots so a lot of...components are missing. Also its tiny shape may have made me lose my initial perspective..."
So in essence yes. It turned into a toy. A fancy toy.
"I have been working on weapons and objects that I can manipulate with my power. I recently realized I am not very physically powerful and therefor have started on working on ways to...make up for it."
She doesn't look at him as she explains. It was embarrassing.
"This is a holographic computer of my design, Holocomp until I find a more suitable name. It serves mostly as an informational database but has other tactical advantages as well." He flexes the shield out momentarily.
