Since it was based on a tasting charge it does not carry over to a second person for tactical safety! That's a small victory however as his foot is in dire need of medical attention. When he goes down, Silas kicks him in the head with said foot. It hurts like a son of a bitch, but it was a little satisfying and would keep him out.
