« Jul 23, 2009 22:57:08 GMT -6 »

Personal Information:
    [/b] Various
    Position: School Resource Officer

    Name: Tyler Donovan Scott
    Alias: Kyukaku
    Date of Birth: July 12th
    Age: 21
    Nationality: American
    Ethnicity: Caucasian (partial Native American)
    Blood Type: AB+
    Height: 5'11"
    Weight: 211 lbs.
    Hair Colour: Brown
    Eye Color: Green
    Handedness: Right
    Religious Beliefs: Non-denominational Christian
    Sexual Orientation:Straight[/ul]

    Physical Appearance:

Since graduating high school, Tyler's hair has been cropped shorter than before, requiring him to use some product to prevent it from "poofing outwards" as he puts it. He has dark eyebrows and a charming smile that go hand in hand with his sense of humor, though his eyes are a heavy contrast as they hold a darkened look of experience within them.

His body holds a balanced build to it, with a healthy balance of muscle mass and body fat. His muscle definition is easily visible, but not toned to an extreme extent. He's neither too thin nor too bulky, giving him the most range of movement and healthy balance of speed and strength to his natural body's condition.

Tyler's hands and feet are both calloused from years of Karate experience, leaving him with hard soles, palms, and knuckles. There are numerous scars over Tyler's body all from knife wounds including: a three inch wide scar on both the palm and back of his left hand, a six inch scar on his right shoulderblade, a four inch vertical scar down his right peck, and a 18 inch line curving along the left side of his abdominal muscles past his center.

      Apparel & Accessories:
Being exempt from Patrolman duty, he is also exempt from the uniform. As such, Tyler always wears what he is most comfortable in, usually in the form of worn jeans and a T-shirt. Unless its a notable warm day, Tyler will often wear his leather jacket over it.

On his belt, Tyler always holds three things. The first and most notable is the 9mm beretta on his right hip. It has a locked in holster and is almost never removed. On his front left hip is his badge, displaying both his name and badge number of 502. On the back of his belt is his two feet long expandable baton.

        Personality:
Tyler's personality is louder than the average bear's. More often than not he's telling a (rather lame) joke, not afraid to use his humor in even some of the most inappropriate situations. Despite its appearances, however, he doesn't take everything lightly and can certainly sober into seriousness when the situation calls for it. Tyler is more wise and insightful than one would expect from his age, gained from years of harsh experiences from Varron and San Fransisco.

          Miscellaneous Information:
In his spare time, Tyler heavily trains in the martial arts. Besides these pursuits, he also spends his time listening to different sub genres of Rock music, as well as reading (comics and books alike). Though gifted with a strong singing voice, he rarely excercises this talent.

            Combat:
              [/b]
              Strength: B
              Dexterity: B
              Constitution: B
              Wisdom: B

Style: Tyler holds a great deal of knowledge in several styles of martial arts, though most notable is his main style of Isshin Ryu Karate, to which he holds a rank of Sandan, or third-degree blackbelt. Though he is a preferred striker, there are few holes in his style. Utilizing punches, kicks, knees, elbows, headbutts, throws, and locks, Tyler's entire body can be used as a weapon.
Weaknesses: Despite being more matured than the collective's student body, Tyler's balanced build will leave him at a disadvantage in one area over the other when dealing with fighter's who specify in either strength or speed. Though his stamina is considerablly better than most non-fighters, its his personal weakness, leaving him winded if forced to exert a good deal of effort for extended periods of time.
Strengths:In addition to his flawless technique, Tyler hits both hard and fast thanks to his balanced build, Tyler can take a hit better than most fighters, his constant years of fighting leaving him with a strong pain tolerance and a will to match.[/ul]

              History:
Tyler D. Scott was born the third of four sons outside of Chicago in the midwestern state of Illinois. In a male dominated family, Tyler grew up in a loving, but constantly rough-housing environment. As the kids grew older, each of them would follow their father's steps and into the dojo, where they would continually study the martial arts.

Tyler's father was a police officer, his other a nurse, and both practicing Chrisitans. Between this and discipline instilled from karate, Tyler grew up with strong reinforcements of morals and virtues. It didn't become long before it was second-nature for him to put others before himself, whether it was emotional or physical dilemnas. As he grew older this would naturally place him in the middle of conflicts, playing the role of mediator when it came to fights amongst peers.

When it came time for high school, Tyler was enrolled in the local public school. However, this school was different than the majority taking the liberal opposite of the Corporal Punishment System and instead taking on a police of "Zero Tolerance." For the first year of his high school career this wasn't a problem, his town a decently peaceful place. However, no school was without its fights, and sure enough one would break out in the locker room before gym class his sophomore year.

As usual, Tyler would play the mediator, breaking up the fight as usual. However, the aggressor stayed in a wild rage, tripping himself during his scramble and causing his arm to break in Tyler's grip. Whether he was at fault was up for debate, but school policy was expulsion for any student who engaged in a fight, and Tyler would be no exception.

A few months later his parents would hear of a school called Varron Academy on the East Coast, and after some discussion he was enrolled at the boarding school. It was a completely different environment from the one he grew up in, as he would quickly realize. Within his first weak, Tyler would manage to stumble his way onto the radar of several students, marking himself as an enemy to a few gangs and several individuals.

After months of trying to keep the peace in Varron Academy, Tyler would finally find himself allies in the group Legion, led by Kazuki Akimoto. Mentoring under a man known as Dain Gavyns', Tyler would slowly become the main target of the psychopathic Trent Rydell, the man who would plague him for years to come.

Preventing his own death on two occasions of attempted murder by the dagger wielding serial killer, Tyler would become victim of a different strategy of Trent Rydell--one that revolved around framing him for the rape of Dain Gavyns' younger, comatose sister. Evidence staged against him, Tyler would be sent to federal prison for six months before the verdict was appealed thanks to new evidence of Lisa Gavyns, herself.

By the time he was released, however, things at Varron academy had changed drastically. In fact, the school had been closed down indefinately, as gang violence continued to thrive in his absence. Both the headquarters of Legion and the School were destroyed, leaving Tyler with nothing but ashes.

Not much time would pass until Tyler would hear that most of his classmates had travelled cross country, moving from the coast of the East all the way to the West of San Fransisco, where "some of the most disturbed youth of America" would find solace in Hircine High.

Cursing his self-involvement of the problems of Varron, Tyler would take an inactive role at Hircine High, which had its own established pillar system. With his new freedom, Tyler would distance himself from the school's problems and conflicts, instead focusing on his own personal life, a bit selfish, but thoughtfully justified. Of course, ignoring problems didn't make them go away.

It didn't take long for Trent Rydell to track down Tyler, and target his girlfriend Audrey Pierce. Mock crucifying her in an alley, Trent had used her to bait Tyler out of his inactivity, and it worked beautifully. In a blind rage he went after the murderer, falling into a trap that would almost prove fatal. Narrowly escaping his live burial, Tyler would go after Trent once more, shooting two hot pieces of lead into his chest in cold blood, seemingly ending the nightmare once and for all.

With Trent out of the way, Tyler's life reverted back to normal. However, their recent encounter had shown him that he had a responsibilty to those around him, bringing back the assertive student that had been missing previously in Hircine High. Come his senior year, Tyler would become School Captain of Hircine High, and it would enter a state of peace.

Peace would breed chaos yet again, as Hircine welcomed its sister school Paragon Institute to San Fransisco. Paragon was everything Hircine was no longer, violent and unpredictable. When Kyukaku refused to bend to his principal's whims, he was transferred to Paragon Institute where he would meet the new principal, none other than Trent Rydell himself. Playing a new game, Trent place a bounty on the former School Captain, offering ten thousand dollars to anyone who would succesffuly cripple him permanently.

Tyler was in a constant state of alertness, fighting challenges of individuals and groups alike that planned to cash in. However, these would dissipate as Hircine and Paragon would both soon to follow the footsteps of Varron, suffereing a student terrorist's attacks that would destroy both schools. After Hircine's rebuilding, Tyler would finish his high school days rather anti-climatically, graduating in a peaceful environment.

However, Trent Rydell had vanished yet again, leaving Tyler with a void in his gut for years to come. Taking on role of hunter in this constant game of cat and mouse, after earning his associates degree, Tyler would jump headfirst into law enforcement, intending on finding Trent and bringing him to justice.

Along this journey he'd hear from a handful of old friends from his days at Varron. They spoke of their plans to re-located to the Chula Vista Collective, where interestingly enough, Tyler would be offered the position of Police Liason to the schools. Finding the nostalgia too tempting, Tyler couldn't help but accept, smirking at the notion to continue enforcing his ideals of truth, justice and the American way. Or something like that....
