Fiona had spent her morning wandering through the courtyard again. Currently she was staring at the fountain again. Well, standing in it heedless of how soaked she was. Her hand was simply placed against the marble and her eyes were closed as she hummed to herself quietly.
After breakfast, Piper had tried to get more sleep, but nothing seemed to be working. She was kept awake but uncertainties and fears. It took her hours until she finally decided to try and jog the exhaustion away, or maybe run until she fell into a coma. Either way.
Near the end of her jog, jacket tied around her waist, she saw a stranger in the fountain. Literally in. She slowed her jog and stared, trying to blink away the hallucination. "I am NOT that tired," she told herself.
Rubbing her eyes, she began to slowly approach. "Uh. Hello? I'm not sure... If you're supposed to be doing that..."
She sighed wistfully as she wrapped her arms around the fountain, nuzzling it with her cheek softly. Her eyes were closed and her body almost went limp around the fountain.
She leaned her body back to peer back at Piper who was now upside down to her! Fiona's hair and clothes were utterly soaked and clinging to her face and body.
As she moved closer to Fiona, Fiona moved closer to her. Her limbs entwining around around Piper in an embrace, her lips moving up to Fiona's ear. Brushing against her skin as she whispered her secret.
Piper was tense as the girl slithered up to her, hugging her like an old friend. The contact made her feel sick but she stood still, having to know what the secret was, even as the shaking grew worse.
And then, there it was.
Piper reacted suddenly and quite violently, trying to shove Fiona away from her. Her eyes were wide with fear and her entire body quivered. "No!" She shouted. "No! Sarah is DEAD! She's dead and GONE! Back in Australia!!"
"Get off!" Piper shouted, trying to wriggle out of her grasp. She tried to raise a hand, as if trying to punch her in the shoulder. "Get off! You don't know anything!"
