He's prepping to fight some bots, though he's yet to turn to the control panel simply in the hopes that someone would walk in. If he can train with a person instead of a bot, well, that'll be fantastic. Why? Well, people feel pain. Bots don't. He just finished watching some Jackie Chan movies, and now he's pumped as all hell. Imagine Jackie Chan with Arman's power. Yeah, that's what Arman wanted to be like. It'd be badass.
