Piper's kick feels as though it strikes nothing, even though with her speed, she should have been able to hit Ryan if he were there. Aaron's bolt travels on as if nothing were there either. If either were to look closely, they would see a few pennies lying in the grass, but more importantly, Piper would feel something strike her in the small of her back after she had turned!
