Ryan, huh? This one he's less familiar with. Aaron shows up at the meeting spot looking around, both for Ryan and any tricks he might have up his sleeve. After what happened in Director Gavyns' office, he's wary and looking forwards to having someone to work his frustration out on. It's a rare feeling, for him.

Aaron observes from the shadows, cloaked in darkness, and waits for the others.
He is reasonably sure he could take on any of the Miami kids, one on one, but he's not going against Directorial orders. Especially not with what he heard from Adam.
Piper wandered out, a disgusted look obvious upon her face. She had tied her jacket around her waist, wearing a ripped camisole and simple jeans, nothing flashy. She saw Ryan, one of the Miami agents, but didn't see anybody else yet. Shrugging, the Aussie started moving towards the photographer.
"What exactly are the rules of this little soire?" she asked, her teeth clenched as she looked her opponent over. Just a friendly spar, she tried to remind herself, but anger pumped fresh through her veins.
Damn him hesitating to suckerpunch this kid in the nuts while he had the chance. Aaron keeps in the shadows and observes, looking for anything that can give hints to Ryan's presence!
Two can play the sight game, and Piper's fast enough that if that's Ryan's only power? Ha, good luck.
Piper stood completely still, closing her eyes. If he wanted to disappear, that was perfectly fine. She would listen... Invisibility didn't mean complete cloaking, and she was waiting to hear something, anything, including the sound of his breathing.
Just give her a target. She was ready for a fight.
Piper groaned and turned to face where she assumed the invisible man to be. "Flashy show you got there," she muttered. "But why don't you just fight me?"
If he saw which patch of grass, exactly, rustled, he would fire a bolt from Piper's shadow at it, about shin height! No major damage, but ever get hit in the shin by a fastball? Ow.
Piper's kick feels as though it strikes nothing, even though with her speed, she should have been able to hit Ryan if he were there.
Aaron's bolt travels on as if nothing were there either.
If either were to look closely, they would see a few pennies lying in the grass, but more importantly, Piper would feel something strike her in the small of her back after she had turned!
The strike hit and she dropped forward, but pain mattered very little to an angry masochist. The moment her hands hit the ground, she would turn, swinging her legs with an angry yell in an effort to drop him, as well.
