"You really should rest. Head injuries shouldn't be dealt with lightly."
He's on Eric's side at the moment.
"Anyway, I wanted to check on you and apologize for my actions that lead to your injury. It was careless of me. I'm sorry."
He should have called for her to clear the area once he made the shoulders or at the very least his shot. It was a careless mistake and one he could not afford in the future.
"Good." Muds was taking a psychic with him? She wondered which one. Freya would probably just aggravate the situation if she dove in freely, but she couldn't think of who else would be there.
"Rebecca Jefferson. Nice to meet you, Taner. Thanks for stopping by." The light slurring of her words becomes more obvious as she speaks, looking at Eric with an extended hand for the pillow and a look asking if he minded sharing introductions or if he wanted to just be 'that one guy.' She appreciated the chance to refer to Taner by name rather than '.'
He'd say as he handed Becca the pillow, closing the portal now that it wasn't needed. He frowned at the word slurring. That really wasn't good. He'd nod to Murdoch when he entered.
"I'll remember that the next time I fight a giant." Or go out the front door of the pod. It's pretty much the same thing. She takes the pillow and is tempted to just chuck it at Eric again to emphasize the point she was waking before Taner came in, but decides against it and squirms until it's comfortable behind her. Sitting up is officially more comfortable.
"Okay I guess." Don't ask the other people, Muds. She frowns at the mention of the interrogation. "What happened?"
"That's good." He responds to Rebecca. "And bullshit happened. Fiona got knocked the hell out by Arman. probably a concussion. Dude freaked about the civilians dying and the giant dude knew how to push his buttons. It was just a big mess, and now she's out of commission."
He glances toward Taner.
"So I don't know how we're gonna get answers out of him now. I feel it in my gut, man. There's gonna be another attack, and we need to stop it before it happens."
Taner is noticeably pissed off at the revelation. His fists tighten momentarily before he runs his hand through his hair in frustration. Deep breaths, they need a plan before they can go off on Arman. That part he's actually looking forward to.
"Do we have a back-up telepath by chance?"
Otherwise, getting intel out of this big lummox is going to be very difficult and if Taner agrees with one thing Murdoch says it would be that this would happen again.
"He did what?" Rebecca just blinks and stares. This is some sort of sick joke, except for the fact that she believes it. Her fingers clench the blankets as she tries not to imagine Fiona having her own flying lesson. What the hell, Arman?
"Is she okay?" She looks over to Taner at his question.
"We do. There are a couple here at Paradigm, but I don't know which one will help."
"They seem fairly organized, between misinformation and the chances of getting absolutely nothing at all I'd rather drag the information out of his brain as quickly as possible."
Taner isn't really caring about the legality of the situation at the moment.
"If she injured her head... I'd rather not force her to stress herself rooting around in the mind of another person. If we have other options, it would be better to let her rest."
As much as they need Fiona, he isn't willing to risk her well being for Arman's mistake.

"No idea. I've been looking for her." He responds to Rebecca.
"As for how to do this. A real interrogation might be in order. I'm sick of trying to talk things through and we need answers. If there's another psychic though, by all means."
"If we go to interrogate him, we need leverage. Something we have very little of at the moment. Try to see if Fiona is up to it. Otherwise we'll have to see what we can manage."
A plan down the drains because of a fool's emotional outburst.
"I'm going to have a chat with Arman beforehand."
Taner heads for the door and violently boots it open.
"Tell her we said hi when you find her." It better not be an if, but this is also Fiona. The girl wanders as much as Rebecca does and more.
She frowns at the mention of going with the psychics, wondering what sort of payback the ladies downstairs may invoke for breaking their privacy. Then again, Abby had recommended them to her, so it couldn't be that private. And they did need the information. Wasn't that part of their job? If not, then maybe they could just take their frustrations out on the giant, first.
She's such a nice person.
"We can look them up if Fiona isn't up to it." She winces as Taner boots down the door, but doesn't blame him. She'd do the same if she could.
