He waits a moment, then releases his arm, and then - "OH CRAP I DID IT! YOU DID - WE DID IT! AUTOIGNITION!" The arm is still on fire due to the high temperature, so Valo just keeps stifling it and trying to cool himself again. He's much too excited, though. His face hits the floor, and he just coughs and wheezes for a few seconds. Finally, he pulls his arm out of his shirt, and thankfully it's not on fire. "Aaaagggghhhhh," he continues groaning, before flopping over onto his back. He's rapidly trying to cool down to deal with the oil fire. "I almost prefer getting impaled..!" As he settles down, Valo is finally cold enough to be able to affect the temperature of the oil, so he stumbles over to it and sinks his hand inside. It takes a while, but the fires go out.
