"I could give it to you!" she teased in return, shaking her head. "Then it would be out of my head, at least."
She didn't bother mentioning that they were chest bursters, not stomach.... That was something that wouldn't be expected of her, so that, she kept quiet.
Firmly, she turned and started leading him away. Snacks? If that meant more hot dogs, even better.
"I can't believe this. It's blasphemy! YOU even called it classics. We'll have to get our hands on the Predator series, too."
She seemed to be lost in thought as she went over all of the movies in her head that he would need to see, oblivious to the fact that she was holding a guy's hand.
"You better bet your bottom we are!" she told him, turning to face him for just a moment. She gave a shake of her head, seeming surprised, and then started leading him towards the Pods.
Of course, this meant that she had to admit to her rather large DVD collection. Something the boys didn't even know yet.
"But we should do this at your place," her words were a bit too quick. She wasn't sure how Ken and Mik would feel about her bringing somebody - anybody - into their Pod.
Friends. He trusted her. Those thoughts still warmed her heart. She paused a moment to offer him a smile, a genuine one that reached her eyes, and then continued to pull him along.
"That's awesome. Are your Podmates okay with that?"
She hurried into her Pod, closing the door behind her. She didn't mention how much she hated people in her room, or how protective she was of her things. She just quietly made it to her room - without incident, thank god - and to the little box she kept most of her DVDs in.
It only took a few moments of looking before she gathered the first three DVDs of the Alien series, making a soft cry of success, and hurrying back out to where Eric waited for her.
She cradled the movies against her chest with an arm, grinning from ear to ear, as she locked the door back up behind her. "I found them!" she said excitedly, but didn't hold them up for inspection. "I grabbed the first three. There's no way we'll watch more than that in one night. In fact, if we get through all three, I'll be impressed."
She looked like a child at Christmas when he said that. Anything she wanted? "Warm brie with some Triscuits," she said, suddenly. "Pretzels. Those go with the brie, too. And something with sharp cheddar... Nachos! With fajita meat!"
Anything? Well, she definitely had high ideas. She turned to walk backwards, grinning wildly at him.
