"I find the idea stupid. Once in the field everyone is responseable for each other. I do my best to have my fellow agents backs in the field so that they will have mine in return."
"Only once did it not pan out, and only once did I not get to explain my actions. Oh, and the one that refused to listen was Aaron, so there goes the tie in."
"My explanation for what I did. Although to he fair at the time I had not been given an order. I said that if I could get inside I could find the terrorists, which I then got criticized for my abilities by Aaron, then when the ENTIRE group went to go inside the negotiators phone started ringing. Since everyone seemed to ignore it I figured I would attempt to answer the phone so that I could cause a distraction, I'm good at that."
Angel chuckled and shook his head. He would lean back in the chair having a feeling he wasn't gonna get to leave soon.
"Then the mission went to shit, and that wasn't my fault, but I got accused for every bad thing that happened, by Aaron. So when I went to go and explain things to him he not only refused to listen, but he felt that the best way to shut me up was to cover my mouth with shadows and prevent me from speaking. Had Piper not been there... Well it would have been bad."
"Thats when the tension started for me yes, however as I said he was criticizing my abilities during the mission so I honestly don't know if he had some dislike for me prior to that."
"Honestly no skin off my back who he likes, but he's got another thing coming if he thinks he can boss me around just for the kicks of it. But I actually ran into him just before I came in here and he asked for a truce. I sincerely accepted the truce so we'll see what happens from here."
"Respectfully I disagree, I am quite positive that a team building exercise will turn out quite poorly. But I am not in charge here, so I will listen and obey."
"Leader material or not, they are essential skills that from what I'm hearing, you're saying you lack. And it won't be people taking orders, it will be Aaron." Absinthe says, tapping her pen to her clipboard.
"May I ask for Piper to be the monitor? I want to show her that I'm actually trying to make things work. I would also like to prove to her that I'm not the fuck up but he is."
"Understood. Sarah will be appointed as the monitor." Absinthe accepts.
"The exercise will happen in three days. Make sure everyone is aware and once you complete the task, I'll evaluate if you can be permitted to be on the field again."
