Besides, Lucien was overflowing with so much energy at any given moment that he simply had to get it out one way or another. Exercise was a grand way to do it, and it allowed those two to have their talk!

He was growing more and more uncomfortable with the strange guy just hanging around doing pushups randomly. Was he lonely? Was he looking for friends? Was he eavesdropping? He wasn't really sure at this point, but it just felt really weird.

"Uh sure, we can do that. Burgers and shakes sound good? There's a nice little place not to far from here. Kind of has a fifties diner feel to it. Though not quite, but I appreciate the retro."

Savaak is also wondering along those lines! Still, she's not going to invite him along if Eric doesn't even know the guy. It's a celebration, after all. And he may not be able to fit in Wilbur with two other people.

"Sounds like a plan! I've seen some really cute ones that either go for that motif or keep it from way back. They're usually some of the best." She nods and gestures towards the garage where her pickup resides, bowing slightly towards Eric.

"Shall we?"

It was more that Lucien had a routine, and in the interests of not intruding, followed it. In fact, he'd sort of forgotten the two were even there, as at some point during their dialogue, he would get up, nod, mutter something to himself in French and take back off! More laps before it really did get cold!

Eric would give Lucien an awkward wave as he muttered something in another language and ran off.

"What a strange little man..."

He'd mutter to himself in confused disbelief before turning to Savaak with a smile.

"Give me like thirty minutes and I'll meet you by the garage?"

He'd ask as he slowly stood up, using the cane to help push himself up.

"Sure! I'll meet you by the garage." No way is she going out when she's dressed for a workout. She'll wait for Eric to stand and walk with him back to the pod area, chatting a bit until they go their separate ways.
