Personality: Noah is better than you, and he has no issue telling you that fact over and over and over again. He’ll tell you about his accomplishments, his favorite things to do, and how you really need to shape up. All this and you don’t even have to ask. However, Noah does have a bit of a mean streak, most notably seen when dealing with other metahumans, as he has seemingly inherited his father’s hostility when dealing with them.
On the other hand, Noah isn’t afraid to jump in when a fellow agent is in trouble. After all, they’re simply not up to the task, and clearly the job has to fall to him.
Interests: Himself, partying, drugs, alcohol, working out, card games, using technology.
Abilities/Powers: Vibration Manipulation Noah is able to create and control vibrations of varying forms. So far, this power has extended to sending vibrating “shockwaves” through the air to strike with concussive force, or vibrating an object by touching it with his hands. This has led to him being able to shake objects such as brick walls apart, given the precious seconds required.
History:
Even from a very young age, Noah had experienced tragedy with his family. When he was only two years old, his mother and brother had been killed as innocent bystanders in a battle between Paradigm and rogue MAPP users, and his father had become nearly inconsolable in the aftermath. Once a well-respected police man, Noah’s father had gone on to fight MAPP users in a spree of vigilantism, up until his own death just two years later.
At the tender age of four, Noah was alone. Fortunately, he was swiftly taken in by one of his father’s former coworkers, Dale Hardy, who would raise the boy as if he was his own. He made sure Noah obtained excellent marks in school, learned the importance of taking care of himself, and let him know that he was loved by his new father. Yet, despite all this, Noah would often come home from school with bruises, black eyes and fat lips, his knuckles raw and bleeding.
He’d fight with nearly anyone he could, despite Dale’s pleas for compassion. One day, the fights would escalate as Noah would accidentally bring a wall down during a classroom brawl, injuring several students when he had fallen backwards from being punched. Noah himself had several broken ribs, as well as a broken arm, further cementing the fact that he hadn’t done it on purpose.
It wouldn’t be long after that he would be sent to Paradigm to control his power.
