Jayshawn circles the weight before him a bit as he readies to go for a max set. The 45 pound bar carries five 45 pound plates on each side with 10s to cap it for a grand total of 515 pounds. He sets his feet and takes hold of the bar. He squats low, keeping his back and arms straight as his massive legs lift him to a somewhat crouched position. For a moment, he rests the weight against his lower quad, focusing his breath before snapping the weight up toward his collarbone with his arms and shoulders. A loud grunt and exhalation escaping him.

He flips his wrists underneath the weight to hold it at the new position, taking another moment to rest and gather his breathing. The next step he steadies his legs and presses the weight up with his arms until they are fully extended, another loud grunt escaping him. Success!

Jayshawn holds another before dropping the weight carefully down in reverse process before repeating four more reps. Each one causing more ggrunts of exasperation and effort than the last.

Lucien had just wrapped up a powerlifting workout of his own, strengthening his baseline form so that his physical prowess in powered form is even greater! While an agent is resting, the enemy is training, so improvement can never stop! He was about to leave, enjoying the burning in his muscles, when he saw the agent nearby - actually taller than him! Built about as heavily as his baseline! Such power!

Sure, Lucien's stronger when he uses his ability, possibly normally too, but other agents are to be encouraged!

More warming down!

Eventually, Lucien stops doing pullups and goes over to a reinforced heavy bag, meant for agents with superhuman strength. He rockets up his density, not all the way but more than enough to move the bag around, and start going to town with impeccable form!
