The name brought a giggle bubbling forth which she'd stifle with a hand to her lips. She'd heard of him, his name was not unknown even as far as the New York Circut.
"Well, you're pretty cute for a Zombie then Tiger. I guess let's see who wins this fight. The cat or the dog."
She'd wink again as she shifted into a clumsy looking boxing stance. The guard was slightly to low. The footwork was predictably timed. But to someone untrained, it would look solid!
"What the fuck." Tiao sounds more annoyed than shocked as the tone comes out flat.
He is distracted enough that he blocks the jab at the last second, taking the knee to the ribs with a grunt, though he doesn't back up, instead looking to dig his finger tips of both hands deep into the muscles on the thigh.
She'd move in when he punched at her, shifting her head to the side as she twisted her body to slam a knee into his ribs to be followed by an elbow for his left eye.
He leans forward, missing the punch but turning it into an elbow aimed for her left eye socket that would land just before the knee, lessening that blow although not preventing it.
He was fast to adapt that quickly. She shouldn't have been surprised, but she was and the elbow caught her! The blow cutting right below her eye as a trickle of warm blood started to flow.
"Tsk."
Her fault. But now she was going to get serious. As the knee collided into his body she'd phase completely and just dive right through him. It would be quick enough to not kill him. Probably. But if it worked it should do a number on every fiber of his being.
She was ready for it this time, her body phased as his attacks went through her, his own body being subjected to her corrosive power as she rolled through his legs again. Keeping the phasing on as she worked at getting her footing back in place.
