The small amount of extra wind helps push her a bit further up, making her fly up past him! She would grin at him as they meet in the sky before looking to smack him back down into the arena! He gives her a calm, confident smile as they close the distance, and just as they're about to clash, he suddenly spins in place, letting Kidd's blow slide barely past him before bringing both hands down in an axehandle smash for Kidd's back, looking to slam her into the boat with both her own momentum as well as his own force added to it. Was she tricked!? Unfortunately it's true. Both her swing missing AND the added weight of her weapon were already pulling her down back towards the arena at a good speed, but Artorias would make it that much worse. Seeing as she can't fly, Kidd did her best to think of ways to slow herself down, but she was falling too fast to spin, roll or anything to generate any more wind. And so...she would crash. The boat seems to hold, but the force causes the whole boat to be pushed down with such force that when it pops back up water splashes onto the deck! However, the lack of power afterwards as she strikes his forehead tips him off to the fact that this is likely her last reserves, and hardly anything that would be too terrifying.
