Hungry for knowledge, Clarke took both day and night classes, never stopping for socialization or entertainment. His extreme methods of experimentation, however, would cause Clarke to lose his job as a legitimate doctor, and he would quickly turn to underground sources to gain both funding and subjects to work with, which he continues with to this day.
