It was a Friday, and every Friday James went to the mosque for afternoon prayer its a traditional Muslim thing. James just had left the mosque after prayer a usually he would go with his father but he was busy at work today.

Anyways on his way home he was stooped by three Nazi wannabe skinheads walked up to him. "well, well what do we have here?" said the first one he nicknamed him Twig; because he was tall and thin. He didn't seem like much of a fighter.

"Looks like an A-Rab" said the second one who James nicknamed tattoo for the odd looking tattoo on his face. Now this guy looked tough but nothing he can't handle.

"Why don't you go strap yourself to a bomb and bow up McDonald's?" said twig

"Yeah, blow it up " said the third one he named rat, because well thats what he was. Short kinda fat, long nose and really annoying.

All three of them where wearing leather and had several piercings on their faces. Now James wasn't much for talk, but he didn't think a three on one was a good idea "Now why don't all three of you go have a three way leather fetish , I'm sure some gay porno director will pay you allot for it."

Tattoo, the biggest on of them, approached James and kneed him to the gut. James staggered back wards and said"big mistake" He shot Tattoo a piecing look and leaped at him, slamming him up against a wall James then grabbed the big guy by the head and slammed it against the wall.

By then Twig grabbed him from behind and held him, Tattoo recovered but before he could land a hit James kicked him back and slammed himself and twig on the wall behind them, forcing him to release James. All Rat did was scream "kick his ass yeah kick his ass"

Backed against a wall with the three on one or maybe two and half was not good.

Dagny couldn't tolerate intolerance, especially if it involves someone within her vicinity. You're likely to grow a tough skin after growing up as a female “blind” Asian with a quiet demeanor (a sure magnet for bullying), but when your friends or colleagues get hurt right in front of you (in Dagny's case, her lesbian friends in the past and James getting ganged-up on in the present), it becomes “your business”. The Vietnamese women was on her way to a nearby restaurant she heard good reviews about and en route to said restaurant, a trio of white supremacy maniacs picked on a man that easily dwarfed her by at least two heads. At first was sticks and stones. The insults the punks were giving were unimaginative at best and really, tall middle-eastern guy probably didn't give a darn... Until he “humored” them with an insult of his own. Then a fight broke out. Dagny didn't know whether to give him credit for standing his ground or to think he's stupid for not standing his ground in a more productive way. The faux fortuneteller sighed and stole up behind Rat, who was preoccupied with cheering on his cohorts taking on James.

...Speaking of racial tolerance/intolerance, Dagny was likely going to offend James with what she was wearing. If not greatly, at least in the same way as meeting a Mexican while wearing a sombrero for she was wearing a navy blue half niqāb (the headwear) with tinted goggles covering up her eyes and a matching quarter length-sleeved shirt beneath, leaving her wrists exposed. Oh, and don't forget the matching jeans and sneakers. People to this day wonder who the hell possesses her when she dresses herself before heading out in public...

Anyways, with Rat not paying attention to the blue ninja Dagny briskly sneaking up behind him from his right, safely beyond his peripheral vision, she shot a fist into his face to silence him and give James one less person to worry about with two more capable jerks in front of him. Now, if this action (and the resounding disoriented scream of shock from Rat) was enough to draw their attention away from James, this should give him the opportunity to retaliate, get into a more compromising position to do so, or escape. If not, Dagny was going to take advantage of the short, pudgy Rat's loss of balance throw him into Twig. If a big guy like James can't work his way out of this mess with the help she was giving, it'll just make her good-karma-earning job a bit harder.

James sized his chance to retaliate, Tattoo was distracted trying to help Twig and and rat, James charged him with a shoulder ram, slamming him against the wall. But he wasn't done yet. After landing a few punches James pulled in the skin-head for a head butt and then grabbed him by the head and drove it the wall. He was down for the count.

By then Twig was up he faced James, seeing the mess that he made with Tattoo, who was probably the toughest of the group. Twig was thinking that running away would be the best thing to do, but his route was blocked by the Asian girl who had helped James out.

Instead James picked up another target, Rat. A huge grin spread across James' face.

"I'm gonna enjoy this."

The Arab grabbed Rat by the collar and lifted him up, still grinning he continued to punch him in the face, James found this guy to be the most annoying one of the trio, loud, arrogant but weak and useless the same time.

When he was done with him he let his limp body drop to the floor. James still didn't get a good look at his savior yet, Twig was obscuring his vision. Speaking of Twig.

"He's all yours'."

James made short work of the sniveling Rat and the burly Tattoo, leaving the lanky Twig to the identity-obscured Dagny. Aside from the instance where Rat was thrown into him, he wasn't able to witness the Asian's capabilities and due to her head being completely covered in a navy blue cloth, he assumed too hastily that she was a “submissive middle-eastern woman who was trying to help her brethren and was too scared to do any further damage”. He couldn't be more wrong as he plucked whatever “courage” he had left in him to run straight at her, expecting her to get out of the way. He didn't know that she used to date a running back in high school named Agon and attending enough of his football games taught her a thing or too about throwing charging people no matter what their size. He was indeed bigger than her, but his thin build made it very easy for her to catch him by shoving the heels of her hands into Twig's armpits and launching him towards the curb. He stumbled, fell, and almost got to his feet until Dagny followed up by charging in and knocking him down again. He fell onto his arms, but suddenly felt very intimidated when he felt a foot pressed roughly onto the back of his head. His teeth were on the curb.

“I'm usually merciful, but I'll stomp your teeth in if you don't indulge me by removing the piercings from your face.”

So much for good karma... Twig didn't know what to make of the “Arab”, partially because the cloth muffled her speech and partially because the tables turned in the strangest way. He was about to say something before Dagny quickly pushed her foot against his head, seemingly preparing to stomp his face in any moment.

“It'll hurt more if you don't.”

Scared, Twig brought his hands to his face and removed whatever piercings he could reach and put them on the curbed. Dagny pulled a string out of her pocket... Of all things, it was a string of variously colored can tabs, likely to be saved for a day of arts and crafts. It was disgusting to take the piercings off of a dirty stranger, so she was taking the string out for another reason. She stepped off of Twig and allowed him to get up. Before he could think up his next action, Dagny screamed and swung her rattling string of can tops.

“ALALALALALALALALALALALALA!!”

...And if James wasn't already offended by the way she dressed, he'd probably be offended by that instead. Anyways, since Twig was the sort to be quick to judge, he ran away out of sheer terror, thinking that Dagny was a psychopathic “Arab” who killed or beated up people to steal their piercings as trophies. Once he was out of sight, she stopped screaming like a madwoman and put her string away. Looked to James through her goggles and nodded to him out of acknowledgment.

Wait--Oh crap, this guy is a Muslim, isn't he...!? AURGH, AND I... UGH!!

James' face froze, he was just about to thank the woman for the help then he noticed what she was wearing, WHAT WAS SHE WEARING!? That wasn't the worst part though, the yelling was the cherry on top. James' expression changed to.

0.0

There had to be a reasonable explanation for this, this area is heavily populated by Muslims, maybe she was one, and the whole yelling thing was just to scare the Twig away. James approached the girl.

"Thanks for the hand back there, didn't think I could handle it on my own."

James scratched the back of his ahead because this next question was kind of awkward.

"I'm sorry if this sounds weird but...are you a Muslim?"

Dagny cringed noticeably when James asked her if she was Muslim. So much awwwwwkwwaaaaarrddd... She looked around, just in case he was talking to someone behind her. To her disappointment, the closest people about were the incapacitated Rat and Tattoo. As if representing a concrete jungle tumbleweed, a crumpled newspaper page tumbled by with a light breeze. Socially impaired is Dagny. That said, she responded the best way she could...

“Uhh... Yyyyeeeeeeeaaaaaahh... I just did that to freak him out...”

...Ambiguously. “Yeah” may mean “Eheheheheheh... About that...” or it may mean “Yes”. She wasn't lying. Her answer is whatever her listener perceives it as. But will she be damned if she gets some serious flack for the tomfoolery she just pulled.

QUICK. CHANGE THE SUBJECT.

“And no problemo~ You were trouble right in front me of me. What else was I supposed to do? Watch you get beat up? That'd be messed up.”

James raised his eyebrow at that answer, he didn't think she was being straight with him. Well it worked didn't it? So he wasn't going to press the matter any further.

Maybe later, but for now proper introductions are necessary. Regardless of her religion this woman did save him back there.

"You'd be surprised by the number of people who wouldn't give a damn and go about their own business. Heck some people would have jumped in to help them out for the fun of it."

James realized he was rambling now, he stopped himself before getting too carried away.

"Ehh, I'm James by the way."

“Geez... I understand people who aren't the sort to be altruistic, but with how things are nowadays, you'd think people would be more culturally sensitive.”

Never mind how culturally insensitive Dagny was a few moments ago. She cleared her throat and continued hurriedly in attempt to make a more comprehensible point.

“I mean, with people trying too hard to be overly politically correct all.”

There was so much irony in Dagny's words that you could cut it with a knife. It was moments like these that she didn't doubt that she was socially impaired, even though she might be over thinking things again—For all she knew, James probably didn't care and she hoped this was the case.

“Cricket. Pleased to meet you James. Well, I'm on my way to a restaurant around here. I've never been around this part of the neighborhood before and who knows what kind of food they're going to serve, but if it's not too much trouble, would you kindly tell me if I'm anywhere near there yet?”

((OOC: Yeeaaaahh... My middle-eastern cuisine savvy ain't savvy, so it's up to you if you want this thread to keep going. Could-be-ending-could-be-continued-up-to-you post, for the win!))
