His first day classes had all been unfortunately void of homework, so he figured he may as well go and read ahead some while he had the chance. Spotting Mike, one of the guys he had played baseball with yesterday, huddled over a bunch of old books in a corner, Emery takes his own books and plops down in the seat opposite him.
