Personality: Steve is a very kind and patient sort. Even after all of these years he believes that lethal force can always be avoided and that there is a way to do their jobs without resorting to killing. Incredibly devout to his beliefs and loyal to his friends, he is always there to lend an ear or a hand.

However his soft nature hides an iron will that only comes out when training or on missions. When the chips are down there is no time to second guess yourself.

Abilities/Powers: Age manipulation/Water manipulation - Over the years Steven has mastered the use of both the power to control the age of everything around him and water in all of it's forms.

History: Steven was part of the last batch of Agents to gain their powers from an injection by the Military. Not long after his enrollment Paradigm was to be shut down and they all found themselves on the run against the military. Over the years he distinguished himself against countless enemies in this universe and others. Like many of his comrades his efforts were recognized until he found himself being offered the position of Director of their new Miami Branch.

After many discussions with his wife, the former Agent Evelyn James he agreed to take the position. Currently him and his family live on site as he tries to whip the campus into shape. Intent on transforming this group of party goers into a well oiled machine of justice!
