Plastic lined the room to keep traces of them from being discovered. The man strapped to the table was stripped down to just his underwear, struggling in vain against the restraints. The man's screams and cries for help silenced into a muffle from the gag in his mouth. He traced the tip of the knife along the Man's flesh, not cutting into him yet. She had learned of Justice in the church... But she had learned more of Justice from him. "Justice is righteousness," she said softly, moving up a step behind Him, so very close to Him. He added. The knife slowly pressing into the man's stomach. Just barely enough to let out a drop of blood. The man squirmed in fear at what was going on. He seemed to pay no notice to the Man. "You can feel it when you close your eyes and listen to the world. It's sick. Infested with a cancer." Sitting at a desk day in and day out, a malignant lump on this world." A Sin that many committed. Sarah was almost forgotten at the moment as his eyes shone with anticipation at what was to come. His favorite part of the game was seeing how long they lasted. Both his disciples and his victims. Her gift was not unconditional. And her Sin was only forgiven by His grace. As were the Sins of those before her. He'd lay the blade down flat on the man's chest. Shifting so that he could watch Sarah. His eyes both cold with the vision of countless deaths. Untold amounts of judgement delivered. But eager in anticipation of what was to come. Like a child at Christmas. "This Sin is yours to punish. To prove yourself to Me. As always, the goosebumps prickled across her skin and her breath caught in her throat. Sarah had to get control of herself once more, knowing He expected her to move. "If it pleases You, my Almighty," she whispered. Turning to the man, she walked up to him, trying to calm her shaking. She would not let Him down. She looked at the wiggling man as she picked up the knife, balancing its weight in her hand. Waiting to deliver Judgement or praise upon Her was dependent upon her performance. His affections must be constantly strove for and earned. He would not give it to her freely. He was not a generous God. A small nod of his head would be her sign that she was allowed to start. The man on the table' jerked against his restraints. Muffled cries filling the air as tears streamed down his pleading eyes. The wedding ring on his hand said he had a family. The look in His eyes said such things did not matter. She would be lying if she said she wasn't. She was scared of doing something, of ruining a family, of hurting this man, but... No. She was more scared of Him. Of losing Him. Of upsetting Him. She took a deep breath, feeling His gaze upon her, and turned to stare at the man on the table. "You have committed a Sin," she said to the man. "A Sin against yourself, your family, the World, and the Almighty." Slowly, she began to copy what she had seen Him do, dragging the knife slowly over his skin. However, unlike before, the knife cut thin little lines of red across him. "Because of your Sins, you have been stripped of what you hold dear. You no longer have yourself..." Slow slice. "Your family." Slow slice. "Your World." Slow slice. "And, worst of all... You have lost your Almighty." This cut was far deeper and far slower than the one before, just over his heart. By then, his blood would be flowing more freely. Blood trickling down the man's body as He watched the scene unfold. A small smile tugging at the corners of His lips as he watched His little puppet dance. With each inch of skin she tore and ripped she bound herself tighter to Him. Dependent upon Him. She had already gone to far to turn away and return to the innocent girl that she may have once been. She did nothing to staunch the blood flow, to save his life. Then, suddenly, it risked becoming too much for her. She moved, faster than she had before, but instead of turning to Him or running, she placed the sharp edge of the blade against the man's throat. "Enough. You have nothing left, Sinner. Do not force the Almighty's hand, or this one shall take your voice as well." It was too soon. The man had not suffered enough. Even as the man continued to weep in pain and fear, drool oozing past the gag as he stared wide eyed at her. He did not step in to stop her. To do so would throw away everything He had taught her. However He was already deciding on how to punish Her. And whether He would be driving that blade through her body tonight. She didn't turn around to face Him, to look at Him. Instead of stabbing the knife through his throat, she placed the tip of the knife against the hollow of his throat. Leaning over, her senses were flooded by the blood flowing across his skin. "God has forsaken you," she hissed, the knife slowly beginning its slow, thin cut down, from his collarbone to his belly button. She knew the human body... The skin popped beneath her knife, but she did not pause, continuing her trail. But she had made the right call. He watches as she slowly cut down his body, the ripping of skin sending a shiver of anticipation rippling through His body. And her shaking filled him with a warm glow. He loved watching their first. To see the final bits of innocence lost when they became killers. Eventually when the body lay still, it's mutilated mass no longer even a man He would come forward. A warm loving smile on His face. He'd extend his hand for the knife from Her. He approached her and she let out a sigh of relief, turning from the mess and handing Him the knife. Both it and she were covered in blood and gore. She found herself almost reluctant to hand it over. Still, she did, eyes lit as he called her what she was. Puppet. And He was pulling her strings. His fingers entwined until He yanked her head up sharply so that she was forced to look at Him. The blade twirled in His free hand, moving naturally. Like it was an extension of Him. "For a moment I was wondering if you were going to force me to drive this through you. My little puppet." The emphasis on the last word was nearly spat out. A thing of contempt. A broken little toy. The blood coated blade would trail up Sarah's body until the tip of the blade was pressed gently against the base of her throat. His eyes were cold and dead. Had He allowed her, she would have pressed into His hand, to show Him how desperately she loved Him. But now was not the time for that. Fingers filled with hate forced her to look up at Him and her eyes widened with fear: pure, unadulterated fear. The name that had, just a moment ago, but pure kindness was filled with contempt. A strangled noise escaped her as she did something so hard for her... Looking up at Him. Tears welled up in her eyes, her body shaking once more. What could she say to Him? What could she possibly say to answer that? With the knife at her throat, she whined. Whispering, all she could say was, "This one begs the forgiveness of her Almighty, despite how undeserving she may be." Tears fell, cleaning blood from her cheeks. "It will not happen again." Barely blinking, barely breathing as He weighed the worth of this little broken puppet. What use could she be to Him. What amusement could he wring from her before he wrung her neck and tossed her aside like the rag doll she was. What more could he push her to do to service Him? Slowly the blade would pull away from her throat as His face melted in to a warm loving smile. Seemingly pleased with her answer. The hand in her hair would return to it's gentle state as he placed the blade on the table next to the dead Sinner. "You may rise my Puppet." Once more the word was full of endearment. He'd even offer his hand to help her up, leaning in to capture her lips with his. The taste of blood that coated them all the more delightful. She rose to her feet and His lips met hers in a kiss that sent lightning through her entire body. She could kiss Him for the rest of her life, and knew very well leaning against Him, that she might. Had the knife still been in His hand, she felt certain it would have plunged into her. The puppet melted against her Puppeteer, tasting Him somewhere under the metallic taste of blood. Despite everything... She loved Him. She worshipped Him. He is her God. But despite the brevity when the kiss broke He'd slowly stroke her cheek with the back of his hand, gazing into her eyes. "I love you with every fiber of my soul. And I would love nothing more to spend eternity with you. My greatest wish would be for you to prove yourself worthy of that." The words came naturally, spoken countless times to her and to others before her. Their names long forgotten. He'd lean in to kiss her again, forcefully as He pressed her back against the table that held the remains of their plaything for the night. She moaned, despite herself, and a leg lifted to hold Him against her. "Yes, Almighty. This one will be The One, Sir... The One you speak of, think of..." She moaned again, softly, and arched her body into Him. "This one has killed. This one has given You everything. This one will give You everything... For this one is The One. Almighty, God, Majesty..."
