He drafted and sent a packet of information for the security detail and Alexander Warrens himself advising them to the threat against the event they were holding the 28th, though still waiting to hear back. It's been only an hour since his sister disappeared but there is still work to do. He pulls up the layout of the venue of the coming target event while the Paradigm database compiles any information on "Moreau" while cross checking with "Alexander Warrens", "Metahuman Rights", and the names of the captured participants. He throws in an internet search for good measure. The only things he finds on Moreau is information about a french painter from the 1800's and a villain in a science fiction novel where Dr. Moreau created human/animal hybrids. He finds that Alexander Warrens is a Senator from Alabama with a strong history of being anti Metahuman. Voting against the establishment of Paradigm in the first place, and recently advocating for a Metahuman registry that would require all Metahuman's to be put into a database along with a sample of their DNA and fingerprints so that law enforcement could easily track them if needed. He has come under fire from various Metahuman rights groups for the proposal citing it to be discriminatory and unjust. There are a few radical groups against it! The ones of note are The Children of the New Dawn which is a Meta human group that has been linked to minor acts of terrorism domestically. Meta First which has so far been non violent but vocal and has staged many disruptive protests. The Patriots is a smaller but vocal group who has been growing more and more extreme as of late as recruitment has skyrocketed with the popularity of Warren and other politicians like him. Though he himself has never acted out violently, he has often cited saying how some people only respond to force. Meta First hasn't made any public threats, and it's leader Julia Haelsig has no history of violence or criminal activities. But there has been an investigation into their groups financials when an expose came out linking them to smaller more radical groups. The Patriot's seem to be to busy to make threats as their group seems to be splintering as fast as it is growing. With more radical elements pushing out old moderate members. It's leadership seems to currently be in flux. He also sees that the captive Erika's son was killed by a group of Anti Meta activists lead by a man named Ralph Bennett. Charges were all dropped. Haelsig has a degree in philosophy and Peterson has one in Business Administration. So far it's between Patriots and New Dawn with Meta First in a distant third. Though Julia seemed the most likely to use the pseudonym, Victor's use of gender pronouns be damned. He tries to get more information on the two known leaders, particularly any relation to something that connects Moreau. He is also a large and vocal backer of Warren's political campaign. The case was dropped because of police mishandling, failing to file a warrent and rendering the evidence gathered inadmissible in court. Neither seems to be connected to Moreau in any tangible way other than the possibility that they had read the book, or seen one of the artist's paintings at some point in their lives. Though neither has gone out of their way to attack anything like a school or a hospital. A few people linked to the Patriots though have done similar public displays at the Giant though. Generally though they targeted government buildings rather than residential buildings. However New Dawn has been known to target Residential areas and attack non powered civilians in the past. But never to such an indiscriminate degree. There have been attacks in both Chicago, as is to be expected with Paradigm being here and thus is a hub of Metahuman activity. the Patriots however also have some attacks in Alabama. New Dawn has a stronger presence on the west coast. There have been no violent attacks at a Warrens rally yet, but there have been some displays and protests by Meta First.
