Black blood oozes onto the ground eating through the pavement! The wound on Savaak's palm sears far worse than one would think from a wound like that and she can feel something moving through her arm as her blood begins to boil and seethe with rage. When she tries to blind the creature her power comes out far more powerfully than she had intended and she turns it to ash! Savaak can see the man continuing onward doing his best to ignore the chaos around him! Leif slashes at the bird, the blades finding resistance in the feathers but they manage to pierce through! Black blood would ooze out over her hand searing like acid as Aaron cover's it's screeching head with a shadow. Fred crawls into the store! Though as she crawls over the floor she feels sticky... Possibly the only thing worse than the Empire invading Chicago, and he's right in the middle of it. He can't hold back so much against this, especially not seeing Leif get hurt. She looks from the man to her palm, trying to focus to make sure there's not a sign of infection, even as she gets mad at the creature she fried for daring to get in her way in the first place! After a moment, she tries to follow the fool rushing towards the chaos. What does he think he's even doing? Her flesh continues to burn away on her hand as she starts to feel feverish. And angry. Angry enough to lash out at everything. Kill whatever got in her way. And the power. She could feel power welling up inside her unlike anything before. Fred sees she is laying in a pile of warm red blood. She can hear whimpering and crying and whispering coming from behind the counter of the store! Aaron kills the bird beast! It's blood starts to ooze on the pavement, burning another hole. Savaak's wound is red and bleeding, certainly inflamed. But despite the pain she feels good. In fact, she could probably kill all of these things on her own. She had nothing to fear. Certainly nothing to fear from following the guy away from the group! Aaron was running at her and the flesh was making her sick. She turned to Aaron right as he got to her, looking like she was in agony. She knew the shadows couldn't block her. She felt stronger. Her hand went for him, inches away, as if she was trying to grab his shirt. And three scalpel would bury into his chest, deep enough to permanently harm. Dozens of eyes and mouths forming and sinking into a pile of flesh that began to stretch toward her. Crying in pain, in fear, in joy. Dozens of voices echoed from the creature out of sync but with a single message. "Join us..." Leif stabs at Aaron when he gets close! Savaak sees him turning toward what looks to be a broken skyscraper. With a huge blast blown out of the top of it. Odd since she didn't recall seeing anything that could blast a hole as big as a room through a building. But he is running right for it! "I'm coming! Just hold on please!" That's pretty much the only thing stopping Leif from impaling him as he approached, eyes widening as he stepped to the side and formed a covering of hardened darkness around her wrist to force her hand away. "Whoa! Leif, calm down! It's me, Aaron!" He catches a glimpse of the cat beast in the alley, but with Leif on the attack there's nothing he can do about it right now. Thankfully he moved or he'd be dead! Though it seemed the cat creature was on the prowl again, hunched low as it starts to prowl toward the quarreling Agents. Fred stabs into the eye of the creature and the mouths howl in pain even as the stretching flesh forms another mouth to bite down on her legs to keep her from fleeing! Pulling her closer to it's mass. Savaak feels her blood boiling even harder as strength ripples through every fiber of her being. She definitely wasn't feeling feverish and light headed. And she definitely wasn't in trouble. "Get out of here while you can!" The guy shouts back at her. Obviously concerned when he looked back at her. There was an obvious moment of hesitation before he ran toward the building again. But there was nothing wrong with Savaak! Why would that loser even think she was less than perfect!? Aaron falls back, bleeding from his chest! He saw the cat start to move, though, and he has a feeling talking isn't going to do any good. "Leif, come on, snap out of it!" As she lunges, a "bubble" will form over her head to blind her, while he circles away from her weapon hand. Then he tries to bring her own shadow up as a solid tentacle, as sturdy as he can make it, to wrap around her and slam her into the wall, away from the approaching cat demon! If he can grab and slam her, he pulls the force a good bit, aiming to stun her and hopefully knock some sense into her, not splatter her all over the wall! "You don't know what you are doing!" He'd yell as he spun around, not willing to keep his back turned toward someone that just did that. "I need to save her. I don't have time for this!" His fingers twitched as he glanced back at the building as if contemplating his odds. Savaak could feel power continue to surge stronger inside of her even as the burning intensified. She was sweating heavily now. She could also hear screams inside the building. Screams of pain and fear and death. But nothing that could harm her. Fred keeps stabbing at the creature as another mouth forms to bite the umbrella in half. She clings to the edge of the counter which stops her pulling for now. But the teeth continue to dig into her leg as the mouths all echo and mutter in anticipation. In agony. In sorrow. For soon they would feast upon the innocent. And soon so shall she. Both Aaron and Leif both hear Fred's screams for help! And Aaron is able to dodge the blades of Leif as he puts a shadow over her head, however as he forms the tendril to wrap around her he'd feel the claws of the cat demon dig into his back as it pounces on him! It's teeth digging into his shoulder with a powerful bite! She keeps heading towards him, hearing the cries of those still trapped in teh building and fearing none of it. Whatever was in there, whatever danger, it couldn't touch her. She'd just proven that. This guy just needed to wake up and realize it. Quickly. "Let's go." She doesn't give him much of a choice, just keeps going and will even go past him. So long as he doesn't talk back to her again, she won't retaliate. She doesn't care about the building.
