Her original goal forgotten, she was now glaring at a series of three tarot cards as if they were a child that had sassed her in public.  Silly as it seemed, focusing on them helped to clear her mind of all the things that had been happening the past few weeks.  Two cards were revealed as War and the Devil, and she had a sneaking suspicion she knew what the third would be.  With a sigh, she turned it over with one finger, finding Death waiting for her. Her fingers had raised to caress the necklace she always wore, a simple chain with no charm, and she took a moment to breathe in the fresh air. She needed to clear her mind, to think about anything else. When she opened her eyes again, she caught sight of the strange girl covered from head to toe. She had seen her when speaking with Silas, but a harmless gesture had seemed to send her off in a huff. She still needed to apologize for that. Looking up, she blinks at the sigh of vivid green hair, but that's the only thing she has to identify the other girl by. She hadn't stuck around long enough for anything else. "Yes." While they didn't know each other, really at all, she felt as if it were a rare occurrence, and she couldn't help a sort of pride to puff her chest considering just a little while back, she was almost certain they were going to scuffle. "Nah. I'm good. Just something general... Three piles, right?" She asked, already beginning to cut the deck. She'd thought for sure there'd be some sort of upset at the way she'd left. "That's right." She nods, laying out a brief explanation. "There are a lot of ways to go about it from there, but the easiest is to pick one fo the three decks, and either choose the top three cards, or fan them out and pick the three that feel appropriate." She doesn't say 'right,' she hates that word. Hopefully Piper wouldn't want a detailed explanation of what she should be looking for with her "feelings." The first deck, she moved to one side, setting it down without much work. She took the top card and placed it down on its own. Then, she fanned out the second deck, looking over the cards for a moment before choosing one. She placed it beside the first, then reshuffled it and set it aside. She repeated the process with the third deck, picking a card and setting it down as well. "Alright," she said softly. "Three cards." Her demeanor has changed a little, mostly given away by her voice. She wonders what the other girl is expecting to find, or if she is merely tring to match the mood. "Alright. No psychic here, she had to go with what the card meant and see what connecctions Piper would make of it. Sometimes that was good, other times, not so much. "Typically, it's for intellect and spirituality. So here, you're sort of hanging without taking actual action. It could be that you are or were waiting for an opportunity." Like Paradgim. A smile almost touched her lips as she glanced up at Rebecca, nodding. That was definitely fitting. Without another word, she flipped over her second card. Self indulgence, she said. Refusal to let go. She raised a hand and caressed her chain necklace once more, slowly, shifting it back and forth between her fingertips. "I'm a hedonist," she said, as if trying to avoid the obvious question. "Self indulgence is... Sort of a way of life." She shrugged, trying to be nonchalant, but her nerves were far more pronounced. She stared at the last card, trying to breathe, trying to clear her head. The Devil was just a comment directed towards her hedonism, she told herself, skin starting to crawl as her fingers hovered over the last card. "That woudld do it." She shifts in her seat, watching how she seems to be getting more nervous as the reading continues. "The Wheel of Fortune." She rolls her eyes heavenward and lets them remain there, like there's going to be some magnificent answer if she's just patient enough. Sighing, she returned her attention back to Piper, who didn't have access to her inner monologues. "Well, there's good news and bad news, but it's also the same news.
