((OoC: open to people participating. Figured it was worth a shot.))
Taner is currently going over the venue layout again and the roster of potential agents that would be participating. About the only thing he could assume about the threat is that it's coming and that the multiplying biker would be there. Hopefully that alone would shift the scales to give them a chance to win.
First things first, he makes sure to map out multiple evacuation routes for the attendees once the attack started. He'd forward the information to the Chicago PD while telling them to keep emergency response teams on high alert. It's unlikely, since Warrens seems unmoved to postpone or cancel, that injuries and casualties would be impossible to prevent entirely.
The biker might be the easiest threat to neutralize. Angel should be able to sniff him out and the Enya or Evie could use their power to potential knock him out without causing him to duplicate. They're limited interaction with him would potentially give them an advantage.
Depending on Angel's smelling ability, it might give them insight into the accomplices. But he's not counting on it with how careful they've been thus far.
Ken would likely be charging upfront, no reason to try and curtail that once everything started in earnest. Clyde could work in support along with Angel, once the biker is down, to allow the evacuation.
Rebecca, Cam, and Dago would oversee the evacuation with the police. Also make sure none of the attackers sneak in the crowd. After that they could return to the main fight.
Then Murdoch could keep watch over Warrens and his security detail. Taner would take up a rooftop spot to snipe initially to assist early on.
It looks like a decent plan but if they end up against 5 or more... well it won't be pretty regardless.
Evie found Taner making his plans and stood by for a moment, watching as his mind worked. He seemed so focused... She had only met him once more, when he gave her a tour. She hadn't seen him since.
Running a hand through her orange hair, she finally approached him, her footsteps light and almost soundless as she came up behind him.
"Taner?" She asked softly, glancing at what he was looking at. "What are you doing?"
While Warren has refused any official support from Paradigm or any other Meta organization Taner finds the police to be more than willing to work with him and assure him that they will keep an emergency response team at the ready and additional security.
He finds several possible sniping outposts. One with a good look at the stage. One toward the set up area. And one with a great vantage of the crowd.
"It would be easier if we knew whether they intend to go after Warrens, or just cause chaos and make things difficult." Rebecca is also there, freshly released from the infirmary.
Evie turned her attention to the other plans, the ones he had already written down. It listed the powers of the people involved. She seemed to be focused on keeping some biker dude from... duplicating?
"How does this guy duplicate?" She asked. Apparently, he thought it would be best for her or the poison girl to go after him. But why?
"Handy for him." She doesn't sound pleased, fingers drumming against one arm as she goes over the plan and evacuation points.
"Wasn't the biker at the school where the bomb was, too?" And the giant, of course. Rebecca wasn't there for a chunk of the outbreaks, but the political consequences here definitely had her interest.
"I might not be the best, then," she said quietly, thoughtfully. "I mean, I can probably restrain him, if this Agent can somehow force him into unconsciousness... But most of my attacks are still physical."
She contemplated that. Maybe if they could find somebody to practice with, she and Enya could perfect that maneuver!
Then, she turned to the others, looking them over and trying to put names/powers with faces.
Perhaps she was a little (read: a LOT) naive, but this didn't seem like the most difficult mission.
He nods to Evie, he figured as much but her power would be useful for anyone else as well. He turns to Clyde.
"Well, we don't know how many strong the attack will be. We can easily assume at least two but maybe more. Ken will engage first and you back him up unless another meta attacker shows up. Then you take them. First wave will buy time to evacuate the area then we can all converge. But if you manage to take them out, I won't be mad."
He smirks before nodding to Murdoch.
"You make sure that Warrens gets away when the attack breaks out. I think we all know the shit storm coming if an anti-meta congressman is killed in an attack. You'll probably have to coordinate with the PD for his extraction. Also... maybe read a book on field triage."
Couldn't hurt.

"What about resistance from the crowd? There's going to be a lot of anti-meta's there. Most will probably be happy to have their lives intact and blame others later, but we'll probably still have problems."
Taner nods to Enya, glad she's onboard and everyone really.
"I don't know if anyone knows, but Angel's power should allow him to sniff him out. They're... well acquainted."
He turns to Clyde again.
"Just remember our initial response is to by time until the civilians are clear. Don't go crazy."
And Rebecca.
"We'll just have to hope their hate of us will be less than their desire to survive. It's also why we have the cops helping. They should be able to get people to comply if we can't."
Back to Clyde.
"How confident are you in being able to control an explosion?"
Rebecca nods. It's not exactly helpful, but the reality is that there's not much they can do but hope they value their lives more. If not, they'd have to deal with it then.
