Silas ignores Aaron's question be it pointedly or that he's busy focusing as he looks to see if the ventilation system is large enough for them to fit.
If it is, he gestures to it and plans to get inside!
Well, Josh can't sneak past shit, and there's no way he'd be able to fit into the vents with the others.
He points to Aaron to get his attention, holds up the palm of his hand and pantomimes hitting it a couple times (with no actual contact, as to not make noise). Then he raises an eyebrow questioningly.
Aaron notices the pantomime and frowns, shaking his head. There's an army sitting on this place, any alarm going up before the time is right and this whole thing could be blown. He jerks his thumb towards the stairs and then mimes his fingers walking on tip toes, to signal "move down the stairs as quietly as you can".
Then he taps Silas and Eliott on their shoulders to get their attention, indicates Leif and Eliott and nods to the vent, before sweeping his arm a little to indicate the rest of the group and pointing to the stairs, giving a questioning eyebrow raise just like Josh did to make it clear the splitup is just a suggestion.
He keeps glancing at the guards, as well, to make sure their attention is still diverted. Anyone going in the vents at all seems like a horrible idea to him, with the racket it might make, but there's no time for an argument.
Ugh... well, that made sense, all those hand signals and all, but Aaron (and everybody by proxy) was asking a 300+ pound guy to tip toe as quiet as a mouse.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained, but Josh was going to be waiting to bring up the rear just in case things soured.
Leif follows Eliott up into the vents, forgetting about their rivalry momentarily. This was war. She spreads her legs and hands, moving with as much practiced grace as she can.
She taps Eliott and motions for her to go into the room. Leif will take the first floor drop off, if she agrees.

Mike just creeps toward the guards trying to stay out of sight. If he could get within touching distance he'd reach out and energy dump both of them. Hard.
"If I can see it in the area, I can use it." She gives a slight nod, voice low. "Blinding, I've done, a room or so out." She could do more if improvised maybe, but it's not something she's practiced.
Leif heads down to the first floor! She can see through the grates that there's a massive..... MASSIVE circular platform in the middle of a huge room. Technicians move about constantly, checking different readings, while there's the clear sound of it powering up again.
Eliott sees through her own grate that there's a room with two technicians inside, as well as a large computer terminal.
Mike creeps closer....and closer.... the guards look around, as any amount of darkness that can impede vision is larger than Mike just moving on his own.
"Hey, is someone messing with the power, or-"
They spot Mike and raise their rifles as he approaches!
Since the guards haven't noticed him yet, Aaron drops the veil from Mike and forms hardened shadows over the soldiers' trigger fingers, pulling them away from the triggers of their weapons so they can't fire! It'll give Mike his opening!
