A strong offensive has been launched at the boarders of Turkey to draw attention to these boarder skirmishes as Allied forces attempt to push into Turkey and set up a forward operating base. Meanwhile a small team of Agents, selected for their lack of notoriety has been teleported outside of Jim's capital city, the former Istanbul. Their mission is to attempt to find a way to infiltrate Jimothy Clavish's palace and end his reign of terror for good.
Failing that they are to do everything in their power to disrupt the workings of the war effort and Government in order to help the bulk of the main forces.
Report in, who has been teleported outside of Istanbul?
They arrived safely! And they can see that the capital city at least appears to not only be intact but thriving. Large numbers of cars, along with military vehicles seem to be moving in and out of the city. But the city appears to be thriving with people and business bustling about as far as they can see.
Aaron probably shouldn't be here. He's got prosthetics, meds for the pain, the doctors said the new legs will be able to do the same stuff as his actual ones once he's gotten used to them - but he hasn't had enough time to get all the way used to them. He can move around, but there's still pain, balance is occasionally tricky. It would be quite a while before he's running marathons or parkouring or whatever.
He's here anyway, armed with a concealed electroshock pistol and ready to do what has to be done. His powers can take some of the load, nobody has to know until he's ready. He's near the front of the group, looking over the city.
So this is that bastard's capital, huh? Too bad he doesn't speak any Turkish. How close do they look to be to Jim's palace? Anything they'd recognise nearby from any briefings?

Josh has chosen to come heavily armored, with a stiff-wearing but practical flak jacket, complete with the high collar that would protect his neck from theoretical shrapnel. As loathe as he is to wield weapons, upon the suggestion of others he's equipped himself with a non-lethal shock pistol, and it remains in its holster. For now he remains quiet, following the lead of those more experienced than he is (which is the entire team).
Aaron is there and drugged up! Probably a bad idea but he was able to secure himself a spot despite that fact!
Josh looks like a sketchy terrorist! He is getting a few looks by some pedestrians in the area who start walking away... very quickly.
Mark can see that most of the military vehicles are heading out of the city. But in the distance he can see what looks to be a palace on a hilltop in the general direction they were heading before being obscured by buildings!
"Sorry..." Josh muttered under his breath. Why the heck hadn't anybody told him that when he put it on back at the armory? "Guess it's not too late to slough it off, but then they're gonna be mad about a missing flak jacket..."
He wasn't silly enough to go into the field high, he just has a prescription for pain medication. And some supplies because they won't exactly be able to go back to base and stock up while in here. He lets the residual pain give him some focus, keep him alert, as he heads in, trying to look like he's not with Mr. Tank. They saw what direction the palace is in, so he's heading that way with Mark, trying to look for any areas that look like security is lighter, without the glancing about being too obvious. Tourism probably isn't a thing in Imperial territory, so best not to look like one.
Does it look like there's anywhere they can advance on the palace mostly out of sight, to prevent more attention coming their way?
Josh was under the impression he'd stick out like a sore thumb given, you know, he's a white kid from Wisconsin in the middle of the city formerly known as Istanbul, and he'd also read that it wasn't exactly a super-rarity for civilians to wear some sort of body armor in the Middle East, but hey. What's done is done.
Realizing that he's probably just blown the 'stealth' part of a stealth mission, Josh has no choice but to follow. He does do the rest of the group a favor by unclipping the flak jacket and leaving it in the most out-of-the-way corner he can find, at least.

The Palace is in the distance so it will be quite a walk before security measures can be seen for the palace proper!
Aaron would find that with the nature of his injuries the "residual pain" is still quite potent as his nerves were severely damaged when his legs were crushed.
As the group heads in they would find that the city was vibrant and alive. People walking down the streets laughing and chatting. Businesses open for business as people from all races and walks of life walked the streets as citizens and visitors.
As they get deeper into the city they begin to see not only the cultural artwork and statues and buildings from before the war intact, but many new additions since the Empire has taken control. The vast majority of them featuring Jimothy Clavish, generally being depicted as a divine savior. They would also find a smattering of posters posted on the walls of buildings, and a few billboards with a close up of his face and writing in English.
"Vigilance and loyalty are Divine.
Citizens for the True Divinity."
Do they intend to bee line it for the palace or explore the city?

Mark is looking for anything that looks like either it could supply Turkey's war effort, like a supply depot, otherwise he'll just keep heading towards the palace.
