Gil would move backwards, keeping an eye on the charging monsters to fight them if they reached him. Better to face them head on rather than expose his back.

Gil hits more than slashes with the arm, knocking the first one two the side as the second is shot twice by the cop, who lets go of Clarke! The third one slashes at Gils' feet, who suddenly feels very hot!

He slashes the throat, but that doesn't seem to stop the creature, which continues to charge, pinning his arms and legs to the ground! Gil feels even more feverish!

Space cop gets pulled just past the doorway, they can hear firing!
